It deserves zero. Not possible. 1 star is way too generous. Horrible ice cream, can't be eaten. And the hot chocolate horrendous too. 10 $ a scoop. Stay away. They rip off the tourists with the crappiest possible product. Insulting.
Love going there, all the employees are super sweet and friendly!

Horrible service. The teenager working seemed more interested in her phone than in serving ice cream, and she didn’t wear gloves while preparing it. After serving us, she went to the back, made herself a bowl, and started eating it while a line of customers was forming. She didn’t serve the rest of our group for at least 10 minutes—we were almost done with our ice cream by the time she came back. The ice cream was alright, but you could get the same quality at Walmart. Honestly, just go to Walmart instead.
Very overpriced icecream, they were also out of vanilla which is the most popular icecream.
The customer service is amazing payton was a delight she was the kindest person I've ever met she helped me a lot. they are very kind, the ice cream is to die for, and the milkshakes are the best I've ever had.
Peyton provided the most exceptional service. So friendly and welcoming! Absolutely loved it here and will recommend this place to everyone!

We recently went to this cafe and the employee Peyton was so kind and helpful. We were indecisive and she gave us a recommendation to try the heath ice cream cookie bowl and it was delicious. :)
Hours are wrong and we wasted 30 minutes finding it for it to be closed 30 minutes early.

We when inside was open at 945 and after we wait online the server tell me the register was close the they can't sale me ice-cream I won't recommend to anyone
