my husband and I came here during our honeymoon and Peyton was amazing!! The shop was out of a few of my first choices but she worked with us to get an amazing shake together. The service was quick, the customer care was excellent and my shake was delicious. This girl and her patience, she needs a raise!!! Thank you so much for the great service.

Stools are all busted, which has apparently been a long-standing issue. The ice cream was freezer burnt. 1 scoop was $5.99 - yes, there is an upcharge for paying credit. The women's restroom has no soap, told to use men's, also no soap ... so how are the employees washing their hands?! Ew. It was ungodly hot in there, too!Won't go back.

Meh is the best way to describe it. The store is run down and overpriced and the ice was just okay. The server was friendly and offered my kids samples but overall our decision was based on location convenience to Old Town and Fun Spot rather than quality

A disgrace of an ice cream shop. Nasty looking freezer burnt ice cream, old disgusting shop and to top it off an employee who did not care to speak a word to us as we walked in and decided we didn’t want anything. Obviously the owner doesn’t care either as the reviews from months ago are also complaining and no change has been made. Sell it to me and I’ll turn it around

Ice cream was very soft, semi-melted. Tables were not wiped off. Stools were broken. Jukebox broken or unplugged. Both bathrooms were out of order and locked. There is a surcharge to use your credit card. When I tried to pay with cash she did not have change. Price was very high for one scoop of ice cream, even for a tourist trap. I recommend you drive down the street to Cold Stone for better quality, better atmosphere, and better value.

The place needs a pick me up. New paint, pictures, etc. The girl got our order said I can finally take my lunch..they opened at 11 and it's 12.....People came in I told them she would be back in 10 minutes cause they didn't see her sign....9 people left that's alot of money. But the waffle cone was good and the peanut butter was very flavorful.
Great place for couples or family.. the girls that work there have an excelente attitude and great customer service. Come enjoy home made ice cream.

I went here on Aug 6th with my family. My cousin ordered the Moose Tracks icecream. Traditionally this flavor has no peanuts in it. The lady made no indication nor was there a sign posted that warned of peanuts. Considering its one of the most common allergens in the WORLD, they should have properly informed the customer. Luckily she only had two bites before she noticed it and had no serious reaction. I would strongly advise that this establishment correct this. The next patron might sue. I will not come back here for that reason alone, not to mention the prices were way too high for a single “scoop” of ice cream.

This is NOT homemade ice cream! The location is dated, but the ice cream is awful! I love ice cream and I thee my ridiculously expensive ice cream away, my boys didn’t finish theirs either. Please don’t waste your money here and go to one of the many other shops in and around the area.
