The kitchen staff was completely rude, I wanted to place an order at the drive thru 35 minutes before closing and they stated there wasn’t anymore food available, the blonde young lady at the window tried to asked them and they answer just by yelling. We love this Taco Bell but you guys have to do something with the staff, very rude and lack of professionalism. My friends also ordered delivery directly from the Taco Bell app and they were missing the taco party pack ( the store did not give it to the driver ) we had to drive either way to the store to get what was missing and on top of bad receive a completely bad service.

I ordered delivery through the mobile app, 2 orders of the cheesy dipping burritos, large nacho fries and the taco party pack. When the order arrived the taco party pack was missing, I came to the restaurant directly after calling them multiple times with no answer. The taco party pack was just sitting there all cold, the blonde young lady at the window was helpful and we asked her if there’s was a possibility to remake the taco party pack ( since it was sitting there and at this point it was all cold and chewy ) she asked the two ladies at the kitchen and they scream out loud that they had no more food because they were closed ( the store closes at 3:00am and this was around 2:28 am ). We asked to order 2 of the dipping burritos and then they scream out loud again “ THERE’S NO MORE FOOD”. What a lack of professionalism and customer service. We order delivery because we did not want to go out and we ended up having to go out and also having a really bad experience with this store and those 2 young ladies at the kitchen. Absolutely no intentions to help us as paying customers.

I gave 1 star, because I can’t give 0 stars. I placed an order through the mobile app, 2 burritos, 1 nacho fries and a taco party box. When it got delivered, it was missing the box. I had to go to the restaurant, they told me the box was there, when i asked if they can remake it because it wasn’t my fault and I don’t want my food cold. The kitchen staff start yelling “there’s no food”, so disrespectful, and really rude. No intentions to help or fix the problem. They were still open. If you have a job, you have to do your job.

This is the ghettoest Taco Bell I’ve been to. There’s never servers, you go to the drive thru and no one answers unless you wait at least 10 mins. Go inside and no one behind counters. Go at 9AM and says no breakfast and no one around to ask. Management needs to be changed at this store, they’re extremely permissive with this type of stuff. I know it’s a Taco Bell but geez….
