I didn’t receive my three large Baja blast which I did delivery on their app and the manager says oh we a franchise I can’t do anything about it….rude manager …shouldn’t be in customer service I was super nice to her.

Very unhappy with the drive-through service. It was fast, but throughout the ordering, and payment process, the man standing at the window was making fun of the way I spoke, even closing the window to laugh with his coworkers as if I couldn't see him! Hopefully the staff can do a better job at training their workers in the future.
I wanted to share a good experience I had with this Taco Bell from today. My receipt says the employee who helped me was Zulhey, and I want to give her kudos for providing me with great service even though she was very busy! Thank you Zulhey

I always go to taco bell for my chalupas and this time everything was awful there was not much of anything in the chalupas basically eating a piece of tortilla with a bit of sour cream. I ordered cherry pie popper and got apple. Very disappointed with their service, I will think about getting any food from them any more.
