I cannot begin to count the amount of times I have gotten either the wrong item entirely, things missing from the correct items, or just poor quality food in general. With three taco bells all in close proximity, you'd be better off going to one of the other locations, or a different chain altogether.

This is the best of the two Taco belles in our area. Joseph always greets with a smile and gives great service and it's always after 9pm that we go because we work late. We appreciate the team for the consistently good food and quality service over all.

Why does it take them an hour to get my food ready every single time? I’ve had DoorDash tell me there’s no line but they’re inside talking. Like your job is just to prepare food. If you can’t do it then don’t work there. This location always gives the longest wait times out of any other Taco Bell that I order from. I don’t get it. And nine times out of 10 they don’t have the seal On my drink so I have to throw it away. Bike it’s a manager who is in charge get it Together. I shouldn’t have to file a complaint after complaint complaint of your team not properly seal the drink. But if I order from McDonald’s one single time the drink Is sealed. Do better.

I stopped in after midnight and ordered three double beef and cheese burritos and a large soda. The woman told me to pull forward to the window. After waiting for over ten minutes to get there, it turns out she had misheard my order and tried to charge me over $6 more for something else. I told her that's not what I ordered, and she told me I'd have to go back around and order again. I told her forget it. This is why Taco Bell service is a joke.

Easily the worst Taco Bell in Orlando that I have been to. Not only do they get my order and my wife's order wrong every time we order from here (even after repeating the order many times over), when you go inside to get it fixed, they always have a line out the door of people with incorrect orders. Geniunely baffles me that it is this bad daily. I drive further now just to avoid this location at all costs.

Ordered a Mexican pizza for the first time and it looks awful

I attended this Taco Bell for the first time and was very disappointed by the service provided. I made an order of six burritos but when we returned home we only had five of them. We went back and explained the situation and staff accused me of lying - I explained that we were missing one beef burrito and that we would not have driven back to lie about one burrito. Staff looked at me in disbelief and continued accusing me of lying. Eventually the packer of the order reported they definitely packed 5 burritos. They then checked the order to see I ordered six and said they would get another but with no apology whatsoever. They made no eye contact and made me feel really uncomfortable. Would not recommend. However, the food itself was really good and could not be faulted.
