Terrible experience, on march 23th I went around 11pm and they refused to take my order, they would just say hi on the drive thru and after I say my order they would not keep speaking so drove up to the window and she was standing there, proceeded to ignore me and then walk away to the inside register to hide, which is funny because the door was closed to walk in so she couldn’t have been taking an order of someone inside. This was done totally on purpose to avoid working

I frequent this location as it is close to my home, but every single time I order my modifications are never done. It’s a waste of food and money. Today I ordered everything with no sour cream and still it had sour cream. My girlfriend ordered a famous bowl with no cheese and it had cheese. We tried calling to resolve the issue, but after 4 calls straight to voicemail we settled on writing a review. This is horrible service and we are sick of it.

You can Never .. and I mean NEVER get what you want from this store. I don't know if it is just under horrible management or if they are just worthless. But literally I could sit there and name off and order and they will chime back saying they don't have this or don't have that. Then you try to order something else and they say they don't have it. It's worse than McDonald's by far. They never have anything you want. You might as well ask then what THEY WANT you to order.

Terrible service very undercooked cheese. They had 3 people working the whole place there was a big lady without gloves and she was very unsanitary she was also very sweaty and didn’t talk loud enough.I spent 5 minutes at the front register without someone taking my order. Place looked very dirty the lamps were also flickering and not well done that was the worst place I’ve ever been. The drink machine also didn’t work so the drinks were terrible.#nevergoingback #shitfood

I am disappointed with the value provided by this Taco Bell, as they serve medium-sized cups as large drinks for a single meal. Additionally, the cashier attributed the small drink and sauce sizes to inflammation. Unfortunately, my food was cold and my drink was smaller than expected.
Waited 35min for food and this location wasn't even busy at all staff just kept walking back and forth
