I was talking to 2 of my 4 kids on deciding what to eat and there was no one behind me and manager told me to move or come inside in a very rude voice I have a son with seizures and forgets stuff and needed time to look at the menu online he heard that , the guy at the speaker was kind to understand situation and manager just grab the call to rush me out when no one was behind me

Disappointed in everything, I love taco bell but this place was just bad. Customer service wasn't good either, waiting to be attended and having to ask for sauce and only gave me like 3 fire sauces! Dont get me started on the drink station! The drinks just task horrible like it hasn't been clean, huge safety hazard for the customers. The workers were just chatting among themselves and not attending to other customers. If i could rate this a zero i would):

I went online to order and after spending 10 minutes picking out my food I found out this location doesn’t do online. I then went to the drive through to order the exact thing from online and was told they don’t have that meal. Tons of time wasted and at the end I just went to McDonald’s. Do better you are losing customers. At least offer a similar meal deal instead of something double the price. This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. Please bring it up to standard.

My order was not complete correctly, made some request on how I wanted my order and it was swap, missing items, I know they were short staff but regardless of that I was expecting to have my meals correct. I’ve being here before and is being always good but not today. Guys keep it up and have all together like before. I tried to have my order fixed and it took another 15 minutes to get things somehow fix.

I pulled into the drive-thru last night and waited several minutes with no response. There were three other cars behind me also waiting, so I assumed the location was open. However, it turns out the drive-thru was closed, even though the posted hours indicated otherwise. The incorrect hours are confusing and frustrating for customers. I hope this gets corrected soon to avoid further confusion.

Terrible service from drive thru, asked for a steak mini wrap meal they served chicken -_-. They also served 4 vehicles before coming out with an attitude with my food , lil buddy with , the only thing you own is neck and arm tattoos . Keep scrubbing away and being miserable for the $300 bi weekly salary , you are showing it with the pathetic work ethic .

Very bad service at drive thru. Went on Saturday at arounf 9pm the girl from drive thru was so unfriendly and saw they two girls just gossiping at the drive thru window. I said thank you when I was given my food and she just closed the window on me. Sad I had this experience it looked like a nice place there since its in a good area...

I want to make a complain about the services. We were waiting for order at 4:30~ Pm, before we get attend by the cashier, something wrong was happening with other clients with the manager of this shift, they were argument about the number of their orders and next it escalated quickly, at the moment that the manager was so disrespectful with her, saying: "Go back to your country", while she is a Puerto Rican.

But the moment doesn't stop here, when we order, the cashier that attend us was quiet and nice, meanwhile the manager call for my order number with a no sense attitude to us, saying: "I'm gonna say I'm Spanish so nobody will get loss" with a real.bad attitude to my wife. Unacceptable.

The manager was so racist with the last guest and then we felt the same. She doesn't has a badge with her name or anything to make a complaint

Old fries, old biscuits, chicken tenders original 4pc was a joke. They looked like Air fried mozzarella sticks. Disappointed.
