There was a tphc stiker inside my crunchwrap. The taco that came with it was completely demolished and soaked through. The chalupa in the chalupa craving box was missing even when told that something was missing and them reassuring me everything was in the bag. And since they didn't give me a receipt not sure if something can be claimed.

Worst service ever ! They should be ashamed !! Drive through to 30min and only 2 cars in front . This is always the issue at this location . Last timeI will be coming !! They need efficient management!!!!

As I pull up to the drive through there was three cars in front waiting there for a while. Then when it’s my time to order it took 15 minutes for me to order and another long wait for the people in front and I to get my food took another 10 minutes.
absolute garbage. i stood at the register while the staff looked at me and kept joking together at the window. i let them know baja blast was out- no one changed it. i ordered 2 tacos, they forgot to add it to my order. no napkins in the entire building. every table dirty. food cold and nasty. i’ll never be back here.

Hours need to be updated. Staff stops answering drive thru at 10pm. Currently sitting outside the drive thru on 8/7 at 10:23pm for about 6 minutes now and no answer. Happens frequently but unfortunately I live close by. Adding date and time for tracking. Even now I can see several employees inside and the kitchen has already been fully cleaned. They are actively choosing not to work despite being open.If choosing to report location to corporate remember to go to the KFC website and not the Taco Bell website. Nothing will change if people don't report through the proper channels.

0 stars!! There’s always something with this place. Google says they close at 12, need to update that! When I pull up there, sign on the order screen says 11, okay fine I got there at 10:25 and I’m waiting and waiting and nothing so I pull up to the window and lady says we’re closed. I said your sign says 11 and she just shakes her head and I tell her there 2 other ppl behind me waiting as well. If you close at a certain time, you wait to close at that time not cus you want to try to clock out by 11 smh AND they always always take forever to bring your food despite how many orders/cars are there. It never fails! Worse Taco Bell ever!

Always something wrong at this location. The one across the street by Town Center is so much better. If you don’t mind the extra 5-6 min drive, go there and you’ll have vastly better quality food and the ability to order through Taco Bell app and earn points. I understand this location is merged with KFC, but can’t they figure out a way to make mobile ordering an option? It seems like such an easy fix, almost a non-issue.
