I just want to give a huge thank you to the team at this Taco Bell! I was in a tough spot today, and the manager went above and beyond to help me get something to eat. Their kindness and willingness to give back to the community truly made a difference for me. We need more people like this in the world. I wish i could give 0 stars Employees ignore customers, drive thru will take a minimum of 20 minutes because once they’re done with one car they force next one to wait every time.. and then you place your order thru the app and it takes them 45+ minutes to make to box combos ???? its ridiculous and no ownership taken ever.

Excellent service had my door dash order taken by a driver i had door dash cancel i replaced order call the store they answer phone on 1st ring even tho it was late took care of my issue and gave me an extra chalupa for the theft ! Amazing service thank you guys ! People are easy to give bad reviews but people need to also review when there is great service !

Food is mediocre at best! Drive to the one on Osceola near Simpson just 4 minutes away for a much better experience!!!

Whoever Owns this franchise needs to get more staff. it's sad that u get to the store and then have to wait to let them know u are there to pick up your order. then they ask you to go to the mobile order wait spots.

The crew that was present at the time was the most unprofessional, we order a cantina bowl and other stuff , after they serve us that's when they told us they didn't had utensils, they gat an attitude and act very disrespectful because we ask how we were going to eat without them , ask for the money back and the manager decline too , we had to take it home ,first time this happen to us in a Taco Bell
