I love this taco bell. Rarely rarely ever mess up and when they do, THEY FIX IT. They don't give me an excuse or blame me like some other places. They just accept, apologize and move forward.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while all 5 people in the kitchen looked at us without saying a word, or helping, or coming to take our order. Very very BAD service at this taco bell....u must use the kiosk whether u want to or not. Horribly rude employees

Bro I WAITED 20 min for nun I paid at the kiosk and waited 20 min just for them to tell me someone “bumped your order down” so we’re making it now… never going here again. They be so miserable.
they messed up our oder didn’t include everything and on top of that didn’t follow instructions and it was two hours before they closed. the lady was super rude and they took their time preparing the order even though we mobile ordered. Just be considerate of other people’s money

I ordered in the app and went and picked up my order the lady in the drive thru was very rude and on top of that she got my order wrong. First I ordered all of my things without sour cream and what was on everything? That’s right sour cream. Then I ordered chips and cheese with my order and they did not give me my chips instead they gave me some random taco with sour cream. This is so annoying I didn’t realize all of my thighs were wrong until I got home and ended up basically wasting my money. To the workers there I get it Taco Bell ain’t the best job ever but if you don’t want to be there then quit and go somewhere else don’t be out here messing up peoples orders because you don’t feel like being there. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell I know that doesn’t affect them in any way but I wanted to leave these things said.

Service here is embarrassingly slow considering it seems like they were fully staffed. There was at least 10 people between the drive-through, the front counter and the two food lines.
Still took an extra 20 minutes to get my food

I just went to this taco bell. Horrible, my taco was thrown in the bag, when I got home it was all over the bottom of my bag. The service was horrible I left and ordered myself within the store. The atmosphere was awful. Depressing... I will not be returning

Very upset with this taco bell they stop taking orders 30 min before closing but they said we could order online for some reason. And then I had to download an app that took 15 min and by the time it got downloaded at 2:46 it said it was closing soon and can not process our order. Very upset knowing that could of made the order and didn’t want too
