I placed a mobile order and didn’t get it until half an hour AFTER I GOT THERE!!!! The guys there have no sense of urgency. Two people came to them with issues and it was like it was an inconvenience or something. I understand they may be short staffed but COME ON!!
Now to the food, there was barely any chicken in our quesadillas and the chicken nuggets were over-fried.
Look at the picture. My food was supposed to be ready at 6:09. I didn’t get my shit until 6:35!

I honestly have no idea what goes on in the store that everybody has such a disgusting attitude every time you come here. I just picked up my order and the speaker box might be broken so I couldn’t really hear the young lady speaking and she was very rude and rushing me. Keep in mind there’s nobody behind me because it’s completely dead. Also, my food is completely wrong and they Again, have the need to rush everything when there’s no one in the store.

It's just one thing that gave no napkins. No straws and no source which they did Ask how many sources I wanted. Just a little bit of more training and the food wasn't hot. But it was a take out order, so I put it in the microwave.

9/30/24 - this Taco Bell is wild man. Completely ignored at the drive thru and window at 1130pm. Went inside, 2 workers, one possibly making food, and another with a headset on sitting down in the kitchen area and completely ignored me talking to them. And they were talking with each other.
Super expensive! My kid got 3 tacos and a drink for $12.

Costumer service ever by Sara and Alexander .came in thru drive thru she’s always very patient with me and always asks if I want any sauces with politeness Alexander made my food perfect every time I come around 11 on Sundays perfect team I tipped them 35 bucks last time I stopped by best Taco Bell I have ever eaten in.KEEP IT UP.

If you want to go somewhere that's being run by kids, this is the spot. Sat and waited at the drive thru when no one else was there ordering... Waited longer than usual for the order we typically always get and then come to find out the order is wrong. So we go inside and come to find out another customer is dealing with a completely wrong order as well and was waiting way longer than us while the 5 workers just joked around not caring at all. Oh, to make it even better, one of the boys working is eating food with his gloves on while also making orders ? absolutely never returning to this location. I sure hope the owner or GM sees this along with the other ladies review as she was already writing her review up while we were waiting
