I placed a mobile order and didn’t get it until half an hour AFTER I GOT THERE!!!! The guys there have no sense of urgency. Two people came to them with issues and it was like it was an inconvenience or something. I understand they may be short staffed but COME ON!!

Now to the food, there was barely any chicken in our quesadillas and the chicken nuggets were over-fried.

It's just one thing that gave no napkins. No straws and no source which they did Ask how many sources I wanted. Just a little bit of more training and the food wasn't hot. But it was a take out order, so I put it in the microwave.

BEST! Costumer service ever by Sara and Alexander .came in thru drive thru she’s always very patient with me and always asks if I want any sauces with politeness Alexander made my food perfect every time I come around 11 on Sundays perfect team I tipped them 35 bucks last time I stopped by best Taco Bell I have ever eaten in.KEEP IT UP.
