We always go this place every time that we travel from but yesterday we got a very bad experience very disrespectful customer service we got there around 1pm and the employees they are like rushing people to get out like they want to go home early and they closed at 5pm my wife order a Farina bowl while she was eating she found a piece of metal inside the food very nasty it was a piece of the brush to clean the pans or something like that all the front counter employees they act very rude with me and the customer that they were coming. I been coming to this place because it was a friendly atmosphere not like the Melao Bakery but it’s looks like they are acting like them. Yesterday was my last and final visit.

Absolutely recommend this Bakery! When we arrived we placed our order through an electronic screen they have as you walk in to the Bakery. We ordered a Sausage, Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich & a Ham & Cheese sandwich, also eggs & toast, Farina ‘hot cereal’, 2 orange juices and a coffee. The food tasted really delicious. Everything tasted like authentic Puertorican food. The bread, oh my goodness, out of this world, so fresh. We ordered for takeout empanadillas de carne & pizza(pizza & meat turnovers) & quesitos(cheese-filled pastries). The place was very clean. The staff was courteous. Finally found a quaint & cozy Bakery near Route 27, that actually have authentic Puertorican flavors. I congratulate the chefs, cooks & staff. This will definitely be my go to place to get fresh bread.

This bakery offers delicious Puerto Rican sandwiches, pastries, and coffee. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and attentive.

I got a sandwich but it had no cheese so I asked for cheese. They took 22 minutes to fix it and I had to take it home because my lunch break was over. The sandwich empanada and coffee were super good. I got a Mallorca and a cheese danish and they were hard. So they need to improve the bakery side. There is no sense of urgency there. You need to have patience.
The good here was delicious. The only thing is that there is a long wait time to get your food, but it's worth it if you are not in a rush. Stay were pleasant and nice. I recommend and would go again!

Excellent
Place is constantly full. That is usually an indicator of how good it is. My wife had the beef stew with white rice and mollejas en escabeche. We ordered a pastrami sandwich. We also ordered pan sobao, pan de agua and pan con ajo. We also ordered pastelitos de guayaba and quesitos. Everything was excellent.
The bakery was very welcoming, clean and alot varieties on the breakfast menu. The cashier didn't speak much English and that wasn't good at all. I had an oatmeal and a pate. The pate was just oily when they put it in the bag I used 7 napkins to try to dry it but ot wasn't enough I threw it away.
Tainos Bakery has been my go-to breakfast spot for takeout, ordering through DoorDash or Uber Eats at least once a week for my family and work meetings. Their consistency and quality have always impressed me, especially their coffee and pastries. However, my recent dine-in experience was quite disappointing.
After my doctor's appointment, my husband and I decided to eat at the restaurant for the first time since it opened. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the experience wouldn't be great. The entrance was cluttered with trash and even had what looked like a wasp nest, which set a bad tone. Inside, although the restaurant wasn’t busy, it took a long time to order and receive our food.
Finding a clean table was a challenge; every surface was dirty, and the floors were in need of a good sweeping. It’s really disheartening to see a place with such great food neglecting their dining area. While I still think Tainos is excellent for takeout, I can't recommend dining in until they seriously address cleanliness and service. It's a shame because I love their food, but if the dining area looks that neglected, I can't help but wonder about the kitchen. They really need to invest in maintaining the restaurant and improving the guest experience.
