We are super impressed with the organization of this Texas Roadhouse. You can add your name and party number online using the app. When you arrive, tell the app you are there, and then check in at the desk. We have always been seated within 5 minutes. Wait staff greeted us at the table within 3-5 minutes, and our cooked-fresh food was delivered within 10 minutes. The manager came by the table to say hi, our waiters have been top notch, and the line dancing waiters was fun to watch! One wouldn’t think fried catfish would be good at a steak restaurant, but my husband said it was unbelievably good, on par or even better than some seafood restaurants we’ve been to. Those free honey butter yeast rolls are fantastic, so fresh they burned our fingers, and add that cinnamon butter for sure! #FREEROLLS! It’s a busy place with tons of seating that gets diners in and out in large numbers in a very reasonable amount of time. Order the rib appetizer- amazing. Portions are large for the price you pay- the pulled pork dinner had enough left over for lunch the next day. Lots of families dining here. 5 stars!

Fabulous setting. Amazing staff. Wonderful food. Steaks cooked to perfection and server amazing. Was recommended by a friend who uses regularly and loves his steak and I now know why he recommended to us. It was $50 a head for steaks and shared starters and beers and margaritas and I can’t complaint at that.

Visited this location that we had visited previously and enjoyed, albeit it had been some time since we last visited, and the service has unfortunately gone downhill. Our server Gabriella would not accommodate a small substitution of a side on an entree even though we wouldn't have minded paying a little more, just told no, we can't do that. All four meals came out and there were missing items but the server was nowhere to be found, eventually the manager came over to ask if everything was OK and we were able to request the items, but when they arrived they were cross contaminated with allergens. One of the meals had a steak that had been overdone but our son ate it as was so hungry, but had left some that was inedible, the manager came over and was so rude, asking our autistic son in a combative manner where the rest of the steak had gone, and refusing to refund just his meal. We made the manger aware of his condition on the way out, but she didn't care, the attitude of the manager stunk and unfortunately this seems to rub off on the servers too. Our server didn't even check halfway through our meal, so we couldn't even express how bad the meal was. Won't be going back to this location, Longhorn was a better experience and much better food.

We ate there on February 20th with a group of 12 people. The food was really great, and so was the waitress Diana, or so we thought. When paying, however, there were problems with a gift card. $90 was deducted from the gift card but not added to the bill. Diana then told us that the amount of $90 would be credited to the gift card after 10 days at the latest. Now I contacted customer service and was told that everything was correct and our $90 was gone. We were sent a copy of the revised bill, where we saw that the $90 was simply added to the tip we gave. We had a bill of $315 and in the end we were paid $480 without our consent. That is a disgrace and a complete rip-off. It means that the good service and the food there are no longer worth anything. Great chain steakhouse that's fun and hip, very casual. Our server Mads was incredible and also funny and cute. Steaks are good quality but two of our party had theirs undercooked... which was quickly resolved — and better than overcooked which would have been a waste of food and would have taken much longer to fix.

Smokey chili was very good. Less tomato flavor than many American versions, but I found it a good change of pace.

This is an extremely popular location, full of tourists and I think also locals. Expect to wait an hour to get seated. I recommend going to their website or phone app to sign in to the wait list. Be sure you sign in completely — keep clicking on buttons until you get a confirmation you're on the list.

Parking: Crowded restaurant and crowded parking lot. Nearly always an indication it's a worthwhile restaurant to visit. It was. Staff is very experienced handling huge masses of customers.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids were there with parents. Not sure anything specifically kid-friendly but it's a very casual place and kids will be comfortable with the atmosphere and staff

The bread is particularly delicious and can be refilled for free. The steak is also delicious. Overall, it’s good. I will continue to eat there.
