The manager stopped by and said to contact her anytime. when we contacted her she became hostile. Military discount was offered as $2.34 on $123 check. More of an insult than a discount. Texas? Roadhouse? Are you trying to insult military and veterans? Manager claims its owners decision to give 1.9% discount.5pm and they were out of frozen margaritas?

Our first visit to The Texas Roadhouse was made extra special by our absolutely fantastic server Kait from the Kissimmee restaurant. She is not only very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable but also gave us great advice on what menu items to select to satisfy our personal preferences. She is in a class of her own and made our evening a very pleasant and memorable part of a great trip to Orlando. Thank you Kait, you are amazing at your profession!Your Canadian friends. :)
Just finished dinner in Orlando & wow! tender, juicy steaks, huuuuge baked potato with fresh side salad! Don't eat too many free dinner rolls or you'll be too full for the main dishes lol! Great service and atmosphere. Will be visiting our new location in st augustine soon.

Service and food was great. They had bus boys cleaning the tables as soon as someone left. It was well orchestrated. The table never went more than a couple of minutes without a guest. Very well done.

Terrible service. We received the wrong food, took them an hour to correct the order. Took awhile to get the food in the first place.Usually have good service at Texas Roadhouse... just not this location. Find some place else.
