Terrible!!, took family of 8 there with intent to have a good meal, was very simple orders, waited 15 mins for them to take a drink order, waited 20 mins more for food order and the restaurant was not busy, they brought food out 15-20 min later and 6 of the 8 orders were completely wrong, sent back 4 of the 6 orders and they brought them back on different buns and not fresh made and all 4 were ice cold, by that time we had enough and started eating only to find hairs in one of...read full review

TGI Fridays offers a mixed dining experience. While some enjoyed their sandwiches and fries, others faced slow service and improperly prepared food. The tendies were decent, but the sides disappointed, with bland broccoli and burnt Mac and Cheese. On a positive note, the friendly service from Marcus enhanced the visit, with quick and tasty food. Overall, a place with a variety of options, but inconsistent quality in both food and service.
