TGI Fridays

Ik had een online reservering gedaan. Toen we daar aankwamen was de serveerster erg onbeleefd en gaf aan dat we een uur te laat waren. Hetgeen niet het geval was. Ze gaf aan dat ze de verkeerde reservering voor zich had. Ze gaf ook aan dat zij niet de online reserveringen door kreeg. We konden er wel eten maar zouden dan 40 minuten moeten wachten. Of dit OK was.... nee, ik reserveer niet voor niks!!!!

Well came to get a midnight snack and the lady told me last call for food was 12am he only thing I could do was sit at the bar and clearly I couldn’t drink with a baby with me… However It say it’s close at 1am online and in the door it say 2am. And she was very rude about it and walk away. If that’s the face of FRIDAYS they need to close down business!!! BAD BUSINESS

Honestly the service and food great the issue was that we went there late at night and they have the $5 happy hour pamphlets at every table. Unfortunately they stated a it was only for the bar yet it doesn’t say that anywhere on the pamphlet so they charged us full price for all apps that were advertised on the table as 5 dollars after 10pm.

Food is reasonably priced but the service was not the quickest. Although our waitress was very friendly the drinks didn't come out till after the appetizers. It was 530 and the restaurant was not busy at all so it should not have taken so long to get 3 drinks (2 mixed drinks & a draft beer).

The bathrooms are not even remotely clean...

Ate here twice! Best food in Kissimmee.
They need more workers but the whiskey nugs and cheese sticks were delicious! Very friendly service.
