Slow service with people allowed to cut in front of you with nothing said. Then they sold me an item they did not have and then gave me an alternative without any choice offered. I should have been offered a refund. Alternative food was inedible.

Two days in a row the employees refused to give straws for drinks. Stated that the drinks have sipping lids and that was sufficient enough. Beautiful hotel with horrible customer service
