Horrible experience.This place is wak!They don’t have a drink menu and you have to guess what you want. They don’t have any background music on nor they play anything on the TVs.The waiters seem lost and need training.We only ordered a fish taco and a chicken breast with some salad and we were waiting for more than an hour for our meal and the waiter only offered free desert. I was like MAN bring me some bread, fries or something!The manager never came out to apologize nor offer something. He was in the back doing what!???♂️It was our first time going here and we we’re very much looking forward to it.They need a better owner or manager that can understand what they are doing.The place has a lot of potential. Sad that management doesn’t.Hope this review helps the management and you future customers.

I was there recently for a karaoke night. I ordered a Turkey Rachel sandwich.
When that sandwich came out it was loaded with cheese and had a 3 pieces of turkey that were in small cubes.The bread was lightly toasted. Usually the bread is grilled. I sent it back and waited a half hour for it to be remade. When it came out it had more cubed turkey that must have been in the freezer as it was ice cold. Overall the sandwich was flavorful. There should have been sliced turkey , never saw it cubed. The waiter did not overexert himself to correct the problem. By the way your fries are great.

28-July. Everything was COLD and they were out of mushrooms so I ended up getting a BYO BURGER. COLD and NO TASTE. The onion rings, half were dark greasy /the other looked fresher but COLD. My friend sent EVERYTHING BACK because it was cold. Terrible experience, I'll not be back......

Food was complete garbage. What chef tried to pass off as "brisket" was deep-fried shaved steak like they use on their similarly terrible "Philly cheesesteak". I feel bad for residents who come here for anything but sitting the bar and watching sports while drinking.
Food was good. But a little inconsistent. Most of the service was great but the bartender seemed to have a little attitude for what reason I don't know. She did not seem friendly but everyone else was wonderful.Atmosphere was great. Good vibe and great love music.
