Picked up an order of 5 different flatbreads and the labels were placed on the outside of the bag instead of placing on each entrée. Had to open each one to know which one belonged to who. Make this make sense. Also , they forgot to put the sweet potato in thr bag.

It was our first time visiting this store. I always order the same smoothie, and I was excited to try it here — but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing.

When we arrived, the store was a bit busy, so we got in line. While we were waiting, a guy walked in and cut to the front. We let the employee know that we were next, and although she said “I’m sorry,” she continued taking his order anyway. After helping him, she didn’t acknowledge us or apologize.

This left a bad first impression. Respecting the order of customers is a basic part of good service. The smoothie may be great, but the experience was not.

My first time trying tropical smoothie, and unfortunately it will be my last, the food was horrible, I ordered the jerk chicken wrap, super soggy and mushy. The smoothie was ok, but I could have made a better smoothie at home! Not worth it all

Terrible treatment, service, and the smoothie was made wrong. I always have Justin serve me and make my smoothie for me because he always treats me right and makes my smoothie perfectly. Lately I haven’t seen him in the front or smoothie, i heard the people working in the kitchen shit talking him in the back when I asked if he works today. Calling him slow, couldn’t work both front and smoothie cause it’s “too hard” when he took my order with great energy and blended my smoothie correctly when it wasn’t blended by the other people. I hope you find a better job and know your worth, cause this job doesn’t deserve your energy.

the worst service I've ever had. I love Tropical smoothie for their drinks and I usually buy from many places but I will never return to this one since I ordered a drink to pick up and they completely ignored me when I went to pick it up, I stood for 15 minutes calling the girls that were inside and none of them paid attention to me, one of them even came out 2 times to give other people their order and when she came out I would call her and she would hear me but she would leave again acting like she didn't hear me. Until one of the ones that was inside realized that I had been standing there for too long and came out and asked me if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting for my drink to pick up and she gave it to me, also with a bad attitude but at least she gave me my drink.

Excellent service and good food . I ordered a Caesar salad and an island detox drink w blueberries, it was very good.

Overall, customer service is horrible. Top it off the so-called manager, which isn’t a manager is only a team lead. They all need to be retrained.

I went on a Saturday night, all the tables were without chairs. There was no place to sit. the chairs in a hallway and all the customers standing. I ordered a mango magic and it was just ice, it didn't have any fruit flavor
