What is going on with tropical caffe! I ask for a burrito and this is not a burrito!😒

My first time trying tropical smoothie, and unfortunately it will be my last, the food was horrible, I ordered the jerk chicken wrap, super soggy and mushy. The smoothie was ok, but I could have made a better smoothie at home! Not worth it all

Terrible treatment, service, and the smoothie was made wrong. I always have Justin serve me and make my smoothie for me because he always treats me right and makes my smoothie perfectly. Lately I haven’t seen him in the front or smoothie, i heard the people working in the kitchen shit talking him in the back when I asked if he works today. Calling him slow, couldn’t work both front and smoothie cause it’s “too hard” when he took my order with great energy and blended my smoothie correctly when it wasn’t blended by the other people. I hope you find a better job and know your worth, cause this job doesn’t deserve your energy.

the worst service I've ever had. I love Tropical smoothie for their drinks and I usually buy from many places but I will never return to this one since I ordered a drink to pick up and they completely ignored me when I went to pick it up, I stood for 15 minutes calling the girls that were inside and none of them paid attention to me, one of them even came out 2 times to give other people their order and when she came out I would call her and she would hear me but she would leave again acting like she didn't hear me. Until one of the ones that was inside realized that I had been standing there for too long and came out and asked me if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting for my drink to pick up and she gave it to me, also with a bad attitude but at least she gave me my drink.

Excellent service and good food . I ordered a Caesar salad and an island detox drink w blueberries, it was very good.

Overall, customer service is horrible. Top it off the so-called manager, which isn’t a manager is only a team lead. They all need to be retrained.

I went on a Saturday night, all the tables were without chairs. There was no place to sit. the chairs in a hallway and all the customers standing. I ordered a mango magic and it was just ice, it didn't have any fruit flavor

Had a horrible experience We ordered Mango Magic smoothie and we got tasted like gas station slushy and worse. For a huge price of $8 it definitely was not worth it. The staff were teenagers inconsiderate to serving customers who chatting amongst themselves. And the store was dirty and uninviting.

I genuinely love tropical smoothie but I do not appreciate having to eat my food and hear your employee “the lead” screaming and yelling at our server Jacob calling him incompetent, and ignorant, just being very vulgar and impudent to him for no reason he was simply asking a question on who is going to be in charge of trash, giving the fact that you are his lead of course he would ask you. It was very unprofessional and just terrible customer service to have to display someone like that in front of your customers. Very disrespectful. Jacob you deserve a raise and much better work environment . I understand these are young employees but they need better training all this happened on 1/17/25. The lead and other employees were talking trash in front of the register in front a customers while they were taking someone order. The person who was ordering simply had to take her receipt from the machine because they were arguing.one of the girls made it very big deal because they messed up my order. Hire mature people tropical smoothie.

Very disappointed! I ordered a super greens chicken Caesar wrap which I had never tried with the kale & apple slaw as my side item. The delivery was very quick, so no complaints there; however, the wrap was awful and I didn’t even get the kale apple slaw. I received a bag of chips instead with no explanation. I expected a chicken Caesar wrap to be cold, especially since it contains romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing , but this wrap arrived hot. The lettuce was cooked, wilted, and brown with warm Caesar dressing dripping out of it and contained disgusting globs of semi-melted Parmesan cheese “crisps” throughout. I could not even finish eating it. It went in the trash. The menu online should specify whether food items are served hot or cold. Bad experience. Not sure I will give this place another try. There are plenty of other healthy restaurant choices out there.

This is a shame. I don't normally have issues at any tropical smoothie, but this is twice in a row. I said no sugar because I did not want sugar. I don't want to stand here and argue or have a discussion after paying nearly $15 for a smoothie. Just fix it. What discussion is there to have? It should be made to my standards, not some random employee's.

Worst service ever, she was trying to charge me more and when i told her she complained about her register and raised her voice and was very rude m, worst service ever i have seen,, For the Owner im pretty sure you are losing alot of customers because the employees you hired

I saw a roach through the back window crawling on the wall. 🤢 Had already eaten my food, I will say the staff was friendly, but the environment was just plain gross.

Smoothie was extremely watery. Food was cold. Employee was really kind, but had to follow policy of charging me for one small cup of sauce which I refused because it’s always been free. Management has always been cheap and it shows. There are way better places to eat for the same price range.
