Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Pass on the bowls. Got an Açaí bowl and was duped. The açaí was frozen and not made in house. It was also half or less than the menu image shows for the portion of the açaí. Also took them at this store 20 minutes to make a smoothie and 1 pre made bowl.

I get the same smoothie all the time, but for some reason, the lady did not know how to make it and then tried to tell me because I added protein that’s why she did not know how to make it these smoothies are too expensive for you guys to be dropping the ball, get some people that know what they’re doing

I had the Tropical Dragon Passion. It really hit the spot. The service was also great. Emily rang up my order and my smoothie was made by Sophia. I definitely recommend this location.

I love tropical smoothie cafe and the food and all the smoothies are amazing but honestly the customer service in this location sucked, I don't know if it was because it was national flip flop day and they have more people than normal but the face and the attitude of the whole staff was horrible.

Food is great. Employees are crasp, short and offer no smiles, greetings or thank yous.

Good consistent food and smoothies

Fun little place. Super friendly staff. Great healthy choices.

Dining outside option was wonderful. Just enough shade and sunshine.

Products are great. But it’s a little disappointing when I’m the only one in the store, clearly on my way to work, and the employees are just standing there talking and not working on my order.

Rude employees

Employees mad rude, didn’t knowledge that I was there. Or they knew I was there but decided to ignore without telling me why the doors are locked. I’m a DoorDasher and I don’t control what time I receive the orders, I just try to pick it up as soon as possible. Not only that I’m losing point on my Dasher account but I’m losing money. What got me heated was the fact my husband had to go to the window and bang on the window to let them know it’s a DoorDash order. So rude, so unprofessional 👎

the lady who made my smoothie was awesome, it tastes fantastic, she truly did her thing. but whoever made my banana crunch flatbread thing, is absolutely heaven sent! when i tell you this is actually phenomenal, thank you.
