Twister treat is an absolute treat! It was absolutely amazing to receive amazing customer service from Eddie and Ella. Very personable and friendly. Ice cream is AMAZING, vibes are AMAZING! You should stop by if you’re in the area.

Parking: Think of DQ on steroids.

Kid-friendliness: Tables and benches and a large eight foot yellow chair.

Wheelchair accessibility: If I remember correctly this sits on a four inch pad. Not sure about the street side as I never checked.

First time visiting ttc my children were very excited. However we went to the window to only be ignored by the staff! Zero customer service!

My bf took me to Twistees for the first time — the ice cream was good, good portion. As soon as we got to the window, we heard the manager yelling at the employees. By the time we got the ice cream, it was already starting to melt. It melted very quickly and started to get all over my bf’s hand. I asked for napkins and they gave a few. My bf tried to eat the ice cream as much as he could, but it started melting quicker than he couldve ate it. I asked for more napkins, and the manager responded in such a rude manner: “how much napkins do you guys need? what do u need it for? we’re only supposed to give a few, and she (the employee) already gave a big stack”. She DID NOT give a stack otherwise I wouldn’t ask for more. If the manager is going to be angry at his employees, don’t take it out on the customers. The manager ruined my experience, will not be coming back to this location.
