Went Sunday July 6th and it was very busy. Had to wait a little bit but it was so worth the wait. The ice cream was amazing and the staff was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. 100% recommend

I take my family here every weekend and Anjalahe gets our order right every time. It's nice to go to a place where is it a family environment. She is very nice and greets us with a smile every time. Ly is also very sweet.

I went to this location on Saturday night with my family who were in town for 4th of july weekend. The young girl with the blonde hair working the drive through was very helpful and polite. After she cashed me out, another employee (another teenage girl her name started with an A) handed out my ice cream. I didn’t know Twistee had pup cups, when she saw my dog she went out of her way to offer me one and then made it herself regardless of how busy they were. That’s the kind of customer service I appreciate when I come to places like this. As for the ice cream, it was AMAZING. This place has the best vanilla ice cream ever and they’re cheap. I signed up for their rewards program and I now get to treat myself every now and then with the points i receive. This is my new regular spot now!

went to get a ice cream made a request to blend the ice cream less and the workers were all laughing even when I got the window still laughing in my face very unprofessional and rude not coming back . July 4th at 4:20 pm those girls were very rude

I spent $14 dollars for two vanilla milk shakes that were just that MILK. IF THERE WAS ICECREAM IT MELTED TOO FAST. WORST I EVER HAD. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a big order! They got all of it correct! And Mark with the blonde hair was so much fun! He made us smile and laugh! Thanks! We will be back!

The staff is very understanding and patient. I will definitely be coming here as a regular now!

Waited in drive through line for over 20 minutes then girl at the window only handed me 1 ice cream when I paid for 2 then tried to argue with me when I asked for my second one .. worst attitude I swear

This is the 3rd time that after been 20 minutes in The line they have “problems” with the system and close before 15min before closing time. If you don't want to serve guest after a time indicate that on your location. Is absurd been in the line and that they close on your face before closing time

Love the ice cream. Service is 50/50. I rate it 2 stars because I ordered no nuts or cherry and it came with all the toppings also, there was a leaf of something inside the strawberry Sunday. Couldn’t finish it because of the leaf and the flavor was ruined.
