The service was poor, the employees never attended me through the speaker, I had to drive to the window, they never had the headset on and when I told them there was more cars on line they didn’t care. One of the employees was outside talking and the manager wasn’t even available to help, people was outside in the window waiting to make an order and know one was there to help them.
I had an amazing experience coming here for ice cream! One of the employees Svetlana was so nice and had an outstanding attitude when serving me my order!!

New to the area and was really excited to try twistee treat for the first time. Guy at the drive thru was incredibly rude and acted like he hated his job. Kept asking anything else before I could fully order. I ordered two sundaes both of which weren't layered at all and just had the toppings dumped on top without any care. Even at sonic they put hot fudge on the bottom and the top not just dumped to the side in a puddle. Didn't offer napkins either even though both sundaes were already melting and dripping on the sides. Won't be back to this location. I'm very nice and understanding but the vibes were just awful here.

I keep visiting twistee treat and I keep being disappointed.Both in the quality of service and the actual product, ie the ice cream.I purchased a Mocha malt shake today, it has zero coffee flavour, just tastes of malty vanilla ice cream.This experience was the same a few years ago when I last purchase this shake.I'm going to stick to Dairy Queen... Far better shakes.
