Great soft ice cream!
The guy got our order wrong. Ordered banana split, asked for no chocolate ice cream but they gave me some with no syrup. Also ordered a Twirly with just peanut butter but gave me Reese’s buttercup in it.
I think there’s a language barrier & don’t understand English. The music was very loud & screaming, very annoying had to scream to talk to the family.
Can be a long wait at times. But otherwise, it’s great!
The service was horrible tonight, 3 people rocked the drive through and the lady working the window spent most of the time on her phone.
Best ice cream in town
The ice creams are very good, but the attention is very bad, sad that you go out to be distracted with your children and have a bad experience.
Banana Split, customize your own toppings. Very large portion and especially yummy!

Half the items were missing, TERRIBLE employees and service, ice cream was melted and little to no toppings. I went to this location twice, and both were bad, avoid this location at all costs.
Not sure what happened on this last visit . But the wait on the car line was literally 1hr. Their ice cream is always great , but 1hr wait it’s excessive and unacceptable . Only stayed in line since I had promise my children I would bring them here.
I’ve been to Twistee Treat twice and I have enjoyed my experience both times. The service has been quick and kind. Both times they even offered to give my dog a pup cup! Definitely would recommend this place to people in the area.
