I am a sucker for cherry dipped cones. My go to is usually DQ. Twistee is so close I thought I'd give them a try. Ordered a large cone with a dip, hopes were high...until he brought it to me. The dip was so thin that ice cream was dripping from the thin spots top to bottom of the cone. Had to ask for a cup because there was no way to eat it without being covered in dripping ice cream. Disappointed 😞

Our family visits this location pretty often and I must say the service has been very poor lately, seems like a lot of younger kids with no training. The music is turned loud inside where they can’t even hear your order in the drive thru. Poor girl the other night didn’t know what Neapolitan was. Then proceeded to tell me that they don’t sell that flavor. Had to break it down to her. My milkshake order was wrong twice it was loose and filled with bubbles. Ended up getting a refund. This is the closest location to me so I’m definitely open to giving it another shot. Hope the workers can step the customer service up!

Consistency is an issue. One visit, the ice cream is made right with correct ingredients. The next visit, the sizes are smaller than they should be and the ingredients are not sufficient for the order.

We were served 2 wrong items and when we got our shakes it was like chocolate milk and tasted very bad and we waited for about 15 minutes just to get the wrong crappy Milkshake
I'm sure the ice cream is great but, the young man working the drive through gave some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dude literally dropped the money out the window!
The best soft serve ice cream there is and lots of different ice creams to choose from. I love the caramel cheesecake twirl and the caramel sundae!

Lots of seating, very convenient location.
The ice cream was good, but the insane amount of bees was overwhelming. Customers were literally running in circles before leaving. The area really needs to be hosed down and sprayed—especially the trash cans.
I ended up leaving with our girls, and on top of that, ants bit them while we were there. They need a better plan for pest control, because customers running away shouldn’t be part of the experience.
