Passed by last week the place is cute to have a slice outside BUT I ordered for a family dinner at 5:07 pm waited over an hour and 15 mins for delivery - kids whole family were hangry by the time it arrived. I mean I called several times to see where this food was. On the way …2 mins away…. After a few calls we practically gave up BUT it showed up. The box was damp Pizza room temperature, I asked for barely any cheese on my margerita but ya it was loaded with it and the pineapple margerita was the one they put less cheese on. Fair enough I complained - they gave me 20$ off. Poor driver I couldn’t even smile I was so upset for my grandkids being hungry and waiting too long… the driver then says oh sorry we only deliver to the Celebration neighbourhood….. poor guy he had to get my mean face… and I’m generally a happy grandma… I was floored had I known earlier I’d never have put the order through. Anyhow you decide. They usually never deliver to Vacations Village at Parkway- as per the nice driver- so I dunno order at your own risk. Im italian and it was NOT even close to authentic. But was ‘okay’.

What a great find!! It's hard to find good pizza in central Florida, but while this shop is small the portion size and quality of the food is amazing. Definitely recommend; friendly service; standard wait time; good pizza.

The pizza was very good! We got pizza slices. Barbecue chicken, three meat, tomato/basil and cheese. They were all very good. Large slices and warmed to perfection! It was cold outside so the hot pizza hit the spot! I will definitely be back. We went with the family, but would definitely go with hubby on a date night and walk around while eating our slice of pizza.

I regularly buy pizza at the Celebration location; I used be pretty happy, but last 3 times they forgot to add mushrooms. I then went and complained about it, they apologized, I ordered one Diego and one mushroom pizza. They were a little slow, that's fine; I checked the mushroom pizza and it was ok, I did not check the other box. I got home, the other pizza was pepperoni and sausage instead of Diego, which is on their menu. I cannot figure out how a pizza place can make so many mistakes in taking orders and/or following the orders. Probably not going back anymore.

Pizza by the slice. Who doesn't like Pizza? Small place with a few seats. We ordered 2 slices of tomato and cheese pizza with a chocolate milk and a soda, came to just over $12. Very nice pizza at a great price. What more is to be said?
Waited over a hour for this to be delivered. It was left outside my door, they rang the bell and left it like that. What terrible restaurant, and the delivery service they use is a ioke. $15+ in fees for this incredible delivery.

Best pizza ive had in years with prices you cant beat. So many places claim they have NYC style pizza when they actually serve slop but Upper Crust serves true authentic NY pizza that took me straight back to my last visit to NYC. This is absolutely my new preferred pizza place in my area.
