Best pizza ive had in years with prices you cant beat. So many places claim they have NYC style pizza when they actually serve slop but Upper Crust serves true authentic NY pizza that took me straight back to my last visit to NYC. This is absolutely my new preferred pizza place in my area.

We are on vacation and this is our first time here. I grew up in Montreal and our pizza is very similar to New York style so I was thrilled to find this place. I’m a total pizza snob lol and the pie was great. Had a classic cheese and a simple pepperoni… best choices to evaluate a new place IMHO. Atmosphere was cool and an extra bonus was meeting their new hire Clarissa! We will be coming again before the end of our week here!

I’m not sure why PEOPLE, have selected anything other than the (5) star rating for this establishment. * Because this pizza is great. * The atmosphere is phenomenal. * This salads are wonderful. Stop hating and celebrate, in celebration. I would definitely be back I know good PIZZA, having grown up in Chicago/New York
Ordered a Chicken Parm 6” Sub and was really impressed by it, perfect amount of cheese, chicken was crispy & the sauce was not too sweet and tangy. 4.7/5 for that. My family ordered pizzas by the slice and all loved it too. My only complaint is the women at the cashier didn’t seem too pleased or enthusiastic to greet us as customers which had me a bit disappointed i guess because the 2 cooks in the back were really kind souls and enjoyed serving us. The food and those chefs give me a reason to come back as it’s a nice, small and quick place. No hate to the women, she had some nice to her; but hopefully she starts greeting her customers better and making them feel more at home.

I had a very disappointing experience at Upper Crust Pizza in Celebration, mainly due to the poor service from the cashier. From the moment we walked in, she looked visibly unhappy—no smile, no greeting, no welcoming attitude. It was clear she didn’t want to interact with customers. She spent most of her time either on her phone or sitting by the oven, hiding from the front counter.
When she did come to the register, her demeanor completely changed from how she acted with her coworkers—laughing and whispering with them—to looking annoyed and unapproachable with us. She didn’t say “hello” or “thank you,” and after every item we ordered, she kept saying, “Is that it?”—making us feel rushed and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, she made faces at customers and seemed visibly irritated whenever the phone rang for orders. It felt like we were a burden, not valued guests.
Another small but telling issue: the soda fridge wasn’t restocked properly. Instead of rotating the cans (FIFO), she just put the new sodas in the front, so all the ones in front were warm. We had to dig in to find a cold one.
The pizza itself was okay—nothing amazing—but definitely not enough to make up for the terrible customer service. And to top it all off, the payment machine prompted us for a tip. For what? No greeting, no courtesy, no service worth tipping.
Employees like this can truly damage a business. I won’t be returning.

The wings are not for everyone but I personally like the smokiness of them. Not sure if the owner or management has changed but the food has not been that great as of late. The pizza is super bland; it doesn’t have that pizza taste pizza lovers know and love. The chicken cutlet sub tastes like it’s straight from the freezer. Just gross. Yall gotta do better.
It is a no-frills pizza restaurant. They have a wide pizza selection and the pizza quality is good. The main downside is that they only offer outside seating. It is a great carryout pizza.

I really don't understand why anyone would eat here. The pizza is meh. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order and there is no where to sit. We even have it a second chance and had delivery. 2.5 hours on a Tuesday night. We called and we're rudely told that they can't track all the orders so just wait because it's only (?) been a little over an hour. The pizza arrived cold and driver texted from the curb and expected me to come out of the house to the street so he didn't have to leave the car I guess. Ridiculous. All for mediocre pizza. Never again.
