Terrible customer service! They don't let you see the menu well. They want to serve all customers at the same time and rush you to order. The food? Not to mention… The rice was half raw and the chicken and cassava were dry! ??????

I went to pick up an order and they told me that the chicken takes 20 minutes and wait. However, there were chickens on the grill. After 20 minutes I asked and they told me the same thing, so they stayed with me for two hours, so I had to cancel the Uber. Every time I asked the employees in front they got upset. And one of them told me you have to wait because I'm not the one who cooks. Terrible service, and disrespectful staff. Advice, don't let the chickens run out so they don't leave you waiting for orders. And train the staff to be friendly. They don't deserve a zero.

First, the cashier who helped me was on a trip that didn't do anything right. Secondly, the super salty chicken, thirdly, wandering around outside begging and they don't let you eat in peace and lastly, leaving that business is a hassle. If you want roast chicken, look for other alternatives. At least I don't recommend it.

the food is good and plenty it has that spanish food taste.the only thing that i would suggest is to lower the salt on your rotisserie chicken and ribs, the 2 family combos that we order, the yucca and the chiken was wayyyy too salty and we couldnt finished, we took the seasoni gs from the onside and it didn't much. but the place is good and friendly and not expensive.
