Can't say thank you enough to the managers and staff at Villa Italiano Chophouse. We were a party of 17 in town for The Cheerleading Worlds. I believe it was the manager that reached out two weeks prior to our arrival inquiring about our visit and informing he wanted our visit to be perfect and memorable, so he was calling to gather important details. Upon our arrival I was greeted by the General Manager who was awaiting our arrival. We were seated quickly and was informed again if we needed an additional hostess, table, chairs or anything at all to let him know and they would be happy to accommodate. The waitress was amazing, food was good and came out fast even though we were seated next to a party of 40. The ambience was amazing and perfect for team & group pictures. Again, thank you!!!

The reservation process was easy to do online . It is a very Italian ambiance, nice! Chopped salad antipasto was delish! I ordered the sirloin , a little disappointed, too chewy. Husband had the salmon delicious! It was our anniversary 54 years so we were treated to a glass of champagne, very nice. Our waiter DANIEL was awesome ! ?

We Chose Villa Italiano Chophouse for dinner to celebrate our 5th anniversary, and were not disappointed! The food was great, and the portions were large. Our server actually worked in Ontario for a period of time, and we engaged in conversation about this. A great dinner and a great experience!
The carbonara was worst I've ever Tasted ... and I've had it dozens of times In Italy... If this were Italy the chef would have been shot. IT was too heavy poorly seasoned and Definitely grossly overpriced. The Frutti di Mari was mediocre and barely acceptable.... and again grossly overpriced. The Drinks were good. The service and all the staff were superb and deserve to work in a better restaurant The restaurant is too large and noisy and had too many small children running around.

Overall very nice. Cocktails and appetizers came promptly along with water and bred service. We did order a bottle of wine along with our entrees, entrees were prepared and delivered well before we got our wine. Food was great, server was very nice, would I go back? Sure would.

Always a great meal served by great people! We always make sure to have at least one meal there vacation. The drinks are also unique and delicious. The portions are so generous that we enjoy the leftovers for lunch the next day.
I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and the noodles were overcooked. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and the chicken was cooked a little too long (very, very crispy on the outer parts of the chicken). Service was okay. Our waiter always seemed to be in a rush.
For parties of 6 or more they add a gratuity to your bill and never inform you and never give you an itemized receipt. This leads to you double tipping. No place on your bill does it state gratuity has been added. Be aware of this practice

The pesto bucatni was bland and the noodles were over cooked for $31. The service was great. My husband has the Alfredo and it was good. Way better than the pesto pasta dish. The restaurant is clean although the water has a funny taste to it, maybe it’s because it’s located at a resort with a water park.
Service was abysmal. Waited to be served. Brought wrong drink that I ordered. Had to correct them twice. Since a salad does not come with the meal we decided to split a salad. They delivered our meals with our receiving the salad. We corrected them and they took the food only to take to back and put it up on the cooks/waiter serving line. Salad took a long time to arrive while we watched numerous people look thru our plates up on the cook line. The salad never came with an extra plate to share. Had to wait for the extra plate. Finally talked to a manager who promised not to reserve us the previous plates. Our food finally came but our server basically avoided us. My wife asked for tea but the server delivered it without any sweetener or cream. Had to wait to get that. Then we had to wait til we got the bill. I normally tip at 22-30% but left much less. Also we watch people who arrived after us get served and leave. On a positive the food was good - about a 7 out of 10. This is first time I've felt compelled to write a negative review.

I asked my server about the prices inconsistency he said we just changed the pricing two weeks ago and haven't had time to update the board. My booth was facing the cooking area and I could see the lead person responsible for checking the food and adding condiments I.e. cheese, sauces, etc. that person started out with gloves on . He took them off and used his hands to dipped in various containers and put condiments on top of the food. Something dropped on the floor, he reached down and picked it up touched the floor and began putting his hands in various containers. He moving fast. I brought it to the attention of one of the manager. He went over and spoke to the guy. Nothing changed right away. Then, finally he went to get gloves. The containers of various condiments was not changed. All of the containers was cross contaminated. The manager did not dump the contents out and replace with new ones. I believed this is practice of theirs. The pricing of my food was not honored based on false or price gouging on public board outside the restaurant.On their website there is info about how they are careful on maintaining health safety.

We sat on the outdoor patio. Nice setting. We shared the Charcuterie platter. Generous portion, overall very good. The cheeses were a little boring, one tasted like Swiss cheese not a good quality Italian cheese. I ordered the buccatini with clam sauce . It was a generous portion, lots of fresh clams. It was a bit too heavy on the sauce which was way too creamy for a clam sauce. It also made the pasta really mushy. A disappointing meal. My husband orderedthe bolonese pasta. It was very tasty and was a good size portion. Service was attentive and friendly.
It was our last night at Westgate and it was a great ending to our holidays. Our server, Russell was excellent. The bread and the oil/balsamic mixture is excellent. My husband and I both had the bolognese and it was great. Too much food. We could have split it

My wife and I chose to eat outside and the ambience was great and our server Daniel was on point but the ill tasting water and food left much to be desired . Wife ordered the chicken Parm and I the ordered seafood mussels, shrimp, calamari spaghetti plate . Chicken Parm was not pleasing to my wife ? and my dish was above avg at best . Not worth the price or the wait to be seated ¹
