Ordered chicken quesadilla and the tortilla seemed like it was stale. Half soft the other half was stale. Also Ordered the cheese steak sub and the bread was soaked .Ended up throwing both away. Couldn't even eat. $22.00 for garbage. Great job

I had an issue paying for my gas at Wawa today and David Rodriguez was very patience. I wanted to say his last name cause I want you guys to know it was him and not another guy. Over all I didn’t eat there today but the food is usually good too but I appreciate you bro thanks !!!

The lady at the register was very lovely and sweet great customer service. We order a refresher drink the same drink we been ordering from Wawa for the pass two weeks. These refresher had no flavor taste more like water down drinks and I asked the lady that made it to add more flavor to it instead of giving me good customer she wanna be rude and tell me go to the register and pay for extra and I’m explaining to her why would I pay extra when you didn’t make the drink probably so instead of her offering to remake it she just gave me attitude and I had to go ask for a manager. Wasted time out of my day to go get a manager when she could have just remade it the correct way. There is a recipe for a reason consistency is everything.

Clean, well planned. The washer and squeegee are in good shape and filled with clean liquid. The pumps are modern. I don't eat there, but a lot of people love it.

I want to say thank you to the staff today 1/15 My son felled back what looks like he was having a seizure the staff what can I say was so caring from the two guys preparing the food to the young lady putting ice on his head to the other lady giving him orange juice to the chaplin the pregnant lady the young guy who works for disney who called 911 THANK You from my family and I this mom was nerves scare and didn’t know what to do. Blessing to you all you all ROCK

The workers are so lazy that when you order through the app and use curbside, they don’t bring it out and just let it sit there. Knowing eventually you will get tired of waiting and will go inside to get it. Which is fine but if they don’t want to do curbside don’t offer that option.

Ordered a cheese pizza, for a 14" pizza nothing to write home about it was just simply OK and a bit over priced. Also got 2 pint cherry Garcia and ice tea, thank you Claudia your customer service was Excellent, considering the issue with DOORDASH. My order sat for over 1hr before doordash decided to send a driver to get it for delivery by that time I went to pick it up myself. I called the doordash delivery service line, got a overseas call center, that agent said he called the store and got no answer what a LIE, I say this because I called the store myself and they answered after the first ring, again Claudia thank you, I must have spent over 30minutes speaking with DOORDASH, It took Claudia 3 minutes to resolve my issue, gave me new frozen ice creams and had my "delivery" order remade and waiting for when I picked it up. Nothing bad to say about WAWA, JUST DOORDASH.

Please tell your employees, especially the cashiers, that when they take the cans or bottles of soda, not to take them from the area where we are going to stick our mouths to drink!!! Then we have to clean them thinking about how disgusting it is to know that they put their hands there(like in the picture).
