The girl on the drive thru (Angelina) she is always so kind and friendly. Every time I come to eat here she is the one that takes my order and that customer service is always neat! Food is always delicious and hot.

The staff and manger at this Wendy’s is beyond nasty and rude to the customers. I just went through the line at 9:30 the person at the window wearing a brown puffy jacket was very rude and just over all miserable and you could tell it was flowing into his work very clearly. So I called to speak with a manger and the whole time she does not care could care less the whole time tell me mhm and whatever and then proceed to hung up as I’m in the middle of talking and take the phone off the hook so nobody could call. I finally get someone to answer and are hit with a what do you want? I said I would like to speak with the manger please and then was told that the manager I just spoke too no longer speaks any English and I said that’s absolutely okay I can speak Spanish too and got hung up on. Wow Wendy’s just wow sounds like you have a great team running this store! 👍

This Wendy’s has gone down hill. I just went through the drive through, and they proceed through tell me my meals don’t come with ANY sauce and that any packet of condiment would cost 55 cents each. Didn’t know they were hurting so bad.

i didnt even begin to order because me and my husband assumed they were closed it was around 1:40-1:45am we showed up there lights inside seemed dimmed and lights around the building were off so we pulled up to the window to see if they were closed asking nicely and 1st female employee opened the window all rudely acting like we were dumb for asking a question and then she proceeds to get her male coworker to assist us after asking a simple question? he then greeted us rudely and acted as if he didnt understand our question so i asked louder so he could hear us and all he responded with was if we wanted to order to go around to the menu and mic. we just left, i get its late and these people want to go home but gives no right to make your customers who you are meant to make feel welcomed, feel dumb.
