Went through the drive-thru at around 12:10ish on 1/7/2026. I ordered a vanilla frosty and a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. I received my food, drove off, and turned around minutes later because there was no cheese in the cheeseburger. Mistakes happen, I was fine, until the BOH female grabbed the food with a horrible attitude, like if it was me who made the mistake. She had a duck face. I received no apology for HER mistake. This happened at around 12:19-12:20am. Someone needs to address her poor customer service skills.

Ordered through DoorDash. Order was received by Wendy’s. DoorDash sent FOUR different drivers that said Wendy’s didn’t have the order. DoorDash confirmed that Wendy’s was the issue. This was ridiculous. Staff your restaurant.

The girl on the drive thru (Angelina) she is always so kind and friendly. Every time I come to eat here she is the one that takes my order and that customer service is always neat! Food is always delicious and hot.

The staff and manger at this Wendy’s is beyond nasty and rude to the customers. I just went through the line at 9:30 the person at the window wearing a brown puffy jacket was very rude and just over all miserable and you could tell it was flowing into his work very clearly. So I called to speak with a manger and the whole time she does not care could care less the whole time tell me mhm and whatever and then proceed to hung up as I’m in the middle of talking and take the phone off the hook so nobody could call. I finally get someone to answer and are hit with a what do you want? I said I would like to speak with the manger please and then was told that the manager I just spoke too no longer speaks any English and I said that’s absolutely okay I can speak Spanish too and got hung up on. Wow Wendy’s just wow sounds like you have a great team running this store! 👍

This Wendy’s has gone down hill. I just went through the drive through, and they proceed through tell me my meals don’t come with ANY sauce and that any packet of condiment would cost 55 cents each. Didn’t know they were hurting so bad.
