Ordered the new cajun crunch chicken sandwich to go. Unfortunately did not check the order until I got home and the sandwich was missing the pepper jack cheese and the cajun crispy onions. Very dissapointed.

There is a girl who serves in a bad way, with more intention of going to sleep than working, she does not help the other employee and if they send her something she makes a bad face. Asking one foot for permission to move the other. Bad service.

I placed an 1 star because I could not place a lower rate, after paying for two orders of combos, what my wife and I received was a completely old and dried meat but the issue was not only that but when we opened the sandwich wrap there was no lettuce in the sandwiches, I approached the counter and asked if there was a mistake with the order and I the worker on front was really ashamed because they did not know what happened and I heard a voice from the back saying with a really nasty attitude yelling that he did not had lettuce and that he told his boss to order and she did not listen and I told him I’m a regular client of Wendy’s and not only was wrong to serve the customer with missing food items after paying full price but also the bread was smaller than the regular sandwich and the meat was old, this man who decided to give us the wrong order without even trying to advise before the sale ended up being the store manager at the moment and I just asked for my full refund as I no longer wished to eat in that place, not acceptable from a food service company.

We went for 5 hamburgers, 2 bacon, 2 regular, 4 drinks and each one was a combo, two of these combos came with lemonade, and the other two were with soda which we couldn't drink due to the fact that the machine was damaged , we went to ask for help and the manager told us that it was restarting, we waited for 20 minutes and the machine did not work at all, then we decided to ask if they could give us lemonade since we did not want to bother or anything like that, one of The guys were super friendly, he told us that he would do us a favor but he went to ask a girl who was there, and she told him no, that we had to give 20 cents, we explained to her that the machine didn't work and she went to talk to him manager, the girl came back and told us that just this once she would give us free lemonade because we had to pay 20 cents the next time, she came to my house, to eat my hamburgers and two of the ones we ordered WITH BACON, they didn't come with bacon and They were just simple hamburgers, the girl's attitude was totally rude, they should improve their attitude, I thank the boy who wanted to help us and seemed to have good intentions, but the other real workers who don't have a bit of kindness and don't even talk about the manager's way of expressing himself towards the clientele, he didn't even have the certainty of approaching, he just shouted from the counter that the machine was restarting

The girl's name was Ruby, it doesn't help to provide a good customer service experience.

Very bad attention from the cashier... Additionally, we ordered a hamburger that comes with a lot of bacon and it only had 3 pieces of meat and cheese, not even the lettuce... And to top it all off, the drink machine didn't serve

I walked into this Wendy’s to place an order my friend needed a drink Because the soda machine wasn’t working, he went to give her a cup and she said it was nasty without explanation. She pulled away and didn’t explain to my friend why she couldn’t accept the cup. This is a Manager talking and acting that way !!
On top she kept being rude talking to l nasty to her employees this is not good or in a good experience. She shouldn’t even be acting like that in front of clients or her employees lead by example.

To the girl who closed on 06/05/2024 who had a pony tail, there was no need to give attitude just because fries were ordered 10 minutes before closing. If you can’t handle the food service then time to find a new job :)
