The ai drive thru is terrible try to add more food . Stop to the window and the employ said she cant take order to the window I explaon and she dont care is the worst wendys I see it bad customer service
Customer service was awful. Manager seemed to be in a bad mood and when I got to the drive thru window, she threw my food on the counter and walked away with a stank look. And although I repeated my order twice, they still forgot some items. Management needs to work on how they act in front of customers.
Rudest worker's ever! Tried to pay for car behind me and the worker rolled her eyes and slammed the window! Asked for managers name and they said it was against company policy to give that info. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's again and Will tell my friends also.

Just order a Parmesan chicken salad and a drink was giving this $5 bill that I cannot use anywear as you can see it’s missing pieces o called and no answer and I’m already at work
never again am i coming to this location. the customer service was terrible, we went inside and any little question that we had was an issue and we received straight attitude. the managers weren’t doing anything when we brought it to the attention. we had missing items from our order and when we asked for sauce the lady up front threw it.
I’ve come to have low expectations when it comes to food quality and service nowadays, but this Wendy’s hit the bottom and continues digging. At the drive-through the kid handing the food out was on his phone texting which is unprofessional, but whatever… Then I got my chicken “wrap”. I think a 5 year old could have done a better job: someone took all the ingredients, dumped them into the center of the wrap and loosely cobbled it together. I ended up throwing it away after a couple of bites as whatever mash was inside of it was inedible and lettuce was past its freshness at least a week ago. Gross and overpriced

One time I left my wallet and my daughter was hungry and the friendly manager let me get the food for free. I always patronize there and I always get a friendly service with a smile. The Puerto Rican Cowboy ?? ?

One of the worse Wendy’s. This is a new location and it started out well but that lasted few months. Every time we come here the orders we get are wrong or missing an item. It’s such a waste of money and time. They need to do an overhaul of the staff here and have a manager accountable for ensuring quality. Customer service is awful also. Yes . Yes, this is the last time we’re coming here!

I love Wendy’s but this The worst Wendy’s I ever been to, fries r either cold or taste like they been fried 3-4 times aka old fries, the buns r usually hard as a rock, the meat taste like they got freezer burn and the service is bland no one says hi /welcome or anything they open the window and wait for u to give them ur card.

Damn robot can't take orders right. They won't take your order at the window even when you can clearly see a group of them just standing around talking. One was actually sitting down staring at the wall. One of the staff that had a different outfit, I assume a supervisor, refused to take my order even when the machine couldn't get it right. Even when you get to order, the food is wrong most of the time. Even with minimal tasks, the staff does not want to work.
