Was refused a receipt by the person who said there were a manager, showed my frustration on my food since I've been waiting for 20 mins and was told that I had to wait due to them not having any bake potatoes available, I had to return back to the restaurant once I put the food in my car and video recorded the manager who specifically said "I don't care about you filming" once I told her yes it's my right cause you refused to give me my receipt, once I snatched my receipt from her she threatened to fight me as she tried to follow me out the store which probably is on video, she is grabbed my another employee and taken to the back while I was bombarded by other co workers, there was one gentleman that helped me and told me sorry for the inconvenience and that they were extremely busy. Retrain your managers before they get hurt for selling burgers.

Went thru the drive thru and had a great experience with the guy at the checkout but I ordered a 4 for 4 and saucy nuggets meal for my 2 kids and I was missing the nuggets and fries for my 4yr old who was very sad tried calling to go get the order that was missing and the phone doesn't work...very very disappointing and a huge inconvenience.

I go to Wendy’s at least 3-4 times a week. I use my rewards and offers often. Just tried to used my reward points about 5 min ago, I have over 900 points but the employee refused to let me use my points and offers because their scanner was not working. He said they are not allowed to manually put it in. They lost my business. It is not my fault as a customer that their equipment is not working. I left my $30 of food at the window. They would rather lose business and now have sitting/ waste food, than honor my reward points.
