Said my card declined so my husband used his card. I checked my account and it showed Wendy’s took money. Called my bank card number and they said there is no hold on my card. Had to place a dispute. Called this store 4 times with no answer. Why was my card charged when they said it was declined?

This Wendy's can be a gamble. While the food is usually good, be prepared for a potentially long wait due to some service challenges.- Morning blues: Arriving in the morning? Don't be surprised if the lights are off and the menu board isn't working. Sometimes it's unclear if they're even open.- Communication breakdown: Ordering at the speaker can be frustrating. There might be microphone issues, making it difficult for staff to understand your order.Despite these quirks, the food itself is usually good. So, if you're craving a Wendy's fix and have some extra time, it might be worth the wait.

Doing late night deliveries and big dude with tattoo behind his ear can’t even say the basic respectful things anyone should say. And I’m a young dude, probably younger than the guy working and he has no idea of respect and basic service. Don’t like the job?? Extremely unprofessional employees try to avoid going there at all. I ordered online and went there to pick it up. I know for sure some item might be out of stock but still I took my chances around 12 am. Instead of telling me what really happened a cashier lady comes out the window with a type C/ 3rd class altitude and told me apparently it was picked up by a white dude in a white SUV ( YOU CAN ALEEADY SENSE THE LIE )Even if it were picked up are they supposed to be throwing that kinda altitude at customers?I used to come here aloootNOW GREAT, I WONT EVER.

I went today around 3:30pm to order through the drive thru and it took more than 40 minutes to serve me and take the order. When they take my order I specify that I want a triple baconator in combo with baconator fries and they give me a hamburger with 3 meats and no bacon salad, then I ordered 2 biggie bag bacon double stack one of them was only bone ketchup no cheese and they give me both with cheese and ketchup. I left the drive thru around 4:40 and when I got home I realized that everything was poorly prepared. I also realized that the person who was preparing the food was going to be in front of me asking what the order was and yet I told him that I prepared it wrong.Please keep in mind what type of employee you have in your store because instead of providing excellent service and representing them as a company, what they are doing is making customers leave and not buy from them anymore.

Impressive how I can order one item and you still manage to mess that up. I wanted fries and they gave me the coldest oldest fries they could find. I mean I get it if I ordered a combo but ffs is it really that hard?

This is a good Wendy's when they're not busy. When it's busy it gets really crazy quick. I prefer going during lunchtime when school is in session. Summer and evenings it tends to be busy a lot and very loud.

Worst customer service in town. Bunch of kids with zero initiative or social and people skills. The manager is no better. Whoever owns this franchise should spend some time here and either train better or weed out the losers abd get better workers.
