One of the worst locations I've ever been to in my life. I ordered everything in my meal large and they gave me small. I paid almost 4 dollars extra for the large with my coffee and when I asked them they got an attitude with me. Will not be back and wouldn't recommend this morning crew

Went to the drive thru, what a mistake. Over 20 minute wait for the order to come out wrong! Parked on the side like they asked us, walked up INTO VEHICLE TRAFFIC several times to get their lame excuses. Ok, the chicken takes 7 minutes to cook. So why did it take over 20 minutes for the food to come out wrong?
If they ask you to park to a side, don't. Stay at the window until they get your food done and done rigt or make sure your life insurance is in good order since you'll be walking up to the window cause they won't answer at the locked door.
If I wanted to deal with clowns, I would have gone to McDonald's.

I went here to get something to eat, late night. I was pulled up to wait, I was thinking my food would be fresh, just to get old tenders & old fries that was dropped again to be hot. Bad experience!

The food was ok. There was something wrong with the order that we didn't realize until we got back to the house and was too late to worry about fixing. The staff working seemed a little confused or overwhelmed.

Ordered late night through the drive through and had asked for ketchup after pulling our car up. Tells me to go back in the drive thru line where there’s three cars line. Can’t enter through the store either. Ridiculous.

Went to drive thru. A/I was difficult to navigate. My wife’s order was wrong. We asked for fries with no salt, they had salt & they were cold.Needless to say she was upset. I went inside & the staff was very professional & fixed the sandwich immediately. The quality of the food has declined rapidly over the years. I have had similar experiences in my last few visits. I love Wendy’s but I don’t think I will be visiting again any time soon.

So I came in order food and the manager was talking crazy to one of the employees because I paid with a fifty dollar bill “he stated don’t ever take a fifty from no customer” then proceeded to curse at him which is a big no no if don’t of a customer very rude the manager don’t need that position….

Hello. This is for all the big bosses who in any way, care about a business being great, excellent, or average to poor. This is my familys and I's first time ever coming here, other than a couple times in the ladt 9 years when going through drive thru. First time in and ... the service has been Excellent. Jason the manager is Amazing. So kind, caring, they fill the fries. They have great customer service skills, and truly care about the well being and comforst od the customers. The service today has by far, been a 20 out of 10 ! Truly amazing. Theyre cery lind, curtious, the place is very clean well kept. And Jason has a great team here all following the lead of a kind and humble man. God Bless the crew here at Kissimme Wendys, we will definitely be returning. Thank you
