Three employees just sucking on a lollipop while the new guy is busy learning the work. I don't think they get paid just to stand still, and conversate while sucking on a lollipop. The food was cold and sad to say I waited a long time in line about 20min. Everything done in plain view through the drive thru area. This is not okay. I feel bad for the new guy who is supposed to be trained at the window! If my food was not cold I would not have written this bad review!!

Worst Wendy's ever!!! Last night I got 3 Jr. Hamburgers. The hamburger meat was so over cooked and old, they could be used as throwing stars!!! Don't ever go to this location!!!!

worst wendys ive ever had the misfortune of going to. they shorted us an entire meal and refuse to pick up the phone, so i have to go hungry so that the kids i bought the meal they shorted me for can have food tonight. thanks wendys for being the reason i go hungry tonight!

I don't understand why people complain so much about this restaurant lm very picky and this is the only place I would buy fast food in Poinciana. You should treat employees with respect .Do not expect to have 5 starts customer service if you have a crappy attitude.

On 6/8/25 in the evening I step in to do a order. No one was attending the front. There were all talking in the side and back making jokes. I cought the guy with the red shirt get close to the counter and I politely ask him if he was going to take my order and he answered very rude. I left without saying anything. But while I was there I noticed employees with dirty uniforms and one guys hat was so greasy it was discusting. The doors needs to be clean too. Very greasy.
