Food is good, but service bad. We sat for 4min to take our order. I saw they was clearing the line. Then he ask ok go ahead with the order. So on last order my brother's told him the combo and he said what to drink. My bro hesitated for like 20 sec, and he replied hurry up boss. I was cool, as we pulled up. It's a sapling that was cute. I told him if he was OK? I gave him my card he turned to charge the card but he turned back and asked why with a smirk. I'm not the type to get heated. I told him because you tried to tell us to hurry and he said no that he would never. FYI you say "hurry boss" to the wrong person he might get a different reaction to his smirk face. That's why I gave a low rating. No mannerism. I dont need a kid or man or woman to talk down on me.

The girl working the drive thru CASSANDRA lacks the most basic customer service skills. She’s always really angry. Always provoking customers. Just a really weird girl. Her childhood trauma is showing :( oh and if you tell her “may I please have a 6 piece with bbq sauce” she gets lost so when you order you have to take it extraaa slow , because she’s slow. Last 3 times I've gotten the sausage biscuits they feel and taste like they went through a microwave and they are still only Luke warm at best. Sat in drive thru after they had me pull up for a burger and frys for 15 mins did nit receive food fresh enough to justify wait time

I would honestly give this place 0 stars if that was possible. HORRIBLE customer service & HORRIBLE management. They don’t give you your full order and refuse to give you what was missing from the order when you ask about it. They are also apparently not able to count to four because we had a missing nugget. Seems like that’s something you should learn in grade school. They are however capable of giving customers RAW bacon on their sandwiches. Definitely the WORST Wendy’s I’ve even been to. Will not be back to this location.
Employees at the drive thru are not friendly; they seem lethargic. They definitely need motivated supervisors!

If I could I would give this place a -5 star but one star as low as I can give this they said they had no vanilla because they were "out" of vanilla they need to have their trucks better when it comes to certain stuff or have another Wendy's come out to help bail them out you should never be out of product I need this up to court for ladder chain because this is the second time in two days I've had a horrible experience at a Wendy's I am very disappointed and on the brink and never coming back this needs to be fixed of every employee known in the Wendy's corporation because I used to work for him 10 to 15 years ago and it was never this bad make sure this post gets up to the corporate ladder chain I personally worked for Wendy's my baby sister Stephanie works for Wendy's and my other sister Kimberly who just passed away works for was never this bad.
