I guess like a lot of people here at this location. You order on the app. Which it doesn’t say after 10 you have to go to a special window in the side. Then they leave you for over 30 minutes waiting on something you already paid for. When the drive thru is dead. They literally have an attitude when you just trying to buy food. This is literally there job.

The staff is completely incompetent. We ordered about 5 Regular Biggie Bags and they charged me for a large size. In addition we had to wait 30 minutes for them to deliver us some chips and cold sandwiches and to make matters worse there was an Insect on the sandwiches which shows me even 2 years later that the Hygiene of the restaurant is poor! I mean they don't have hygiene. As an example, here I put the photo of the sandwich with the Insect.

The worst service of Wendy's ever always busy all of them are very inconsiderate one of them even put up a middle finger . That only help they own native tongue they let everybody out there waiting lines are always long I wish there was a Wendy's more closer to my home
