I can't rate the food because we waited 15 minutes for someone to help us with free food coupons our kids received. If you go through the drive thru you will be served. Six people ordered at the kiosk and we're in line inside waiting for food. Customer service is gone. Next the corporation will have you making burgers and telling you it's saving you money. Good bye Wendy's. We won't be back.

I was over it when the AI order screen kept messing my order up, we went to the window and they still managed to get the order wrong, and my sister asked for an extra ranch for her salad and they gave her ranch for nuggets. When I looked over at my daughter eating her burger and saw that the inside was pink, that was the icing on the cake. Absolutely NOT!!!
