We were late getting out of Disney with no dinner so decided to stop at wendys. I have only had it once since last summer and boy have we noticed a difference in the Wendy's nationwide. On a long road trip last summer we stopped many times at Wendy's. I got hooked on their huge baked potatoes with cheddar and bacon. The potatoes were very good tasting and at least I got some protein with the cheese and bacon. This time those potatoes weren't an option. They only had sour cream and chives. It was about half the size of last year's potatoes and did not have the same taste at all. The chicken sandwiches have also changed and not in a good way. They are much smaller and a totally different chicken. We also got a bacon double stack. Very pitiful size of burgers. Tonight when we stopped we couldn't get into the restaurant because they had the door locked. Even though it was before dining room closing time. So we had to go through the drive through. Now you no longer get to talk to a real person . It's all automated and we couldn't get through to them that we had a coupon. But on to the plus's. The person that delivered our food was very nice and helpful. We had a large order and they got everything right. Also I have had the chocolate frosty twice this week and I actually feel like they taste even better than they used to. So not everything has gone completely down hill. But I do believe with all of the changes Wendy's has done to their food, I won't be eating there again. I will only order the frosty and go elsewhere for food. I don't think this food quality is a local issue, I believe it is nationwide and due to Dave dying and no longer here to make sure the food is up to his standard.

Went here late last night, 4 cars in front of me at the drive through, ordered a simple double cheeseburger (still over $7!) driver away, opened it up, bit into it and it was stone cold. How when I have to wait nearly 10 mins between ordering and collecting can it be served up completely cold! Ate about and third as was hungry and threw the rest, will not return and wouldn’t recommend this place if that’s the standard they’re willing to serve up

Never open when you want to go. Arrive at 8.30pm and says on doors should be open until midnight. Would not open doors and would not even acknowledge or look up to see you there. People say inside so clearly trying to force people to use the drive through. We decided to go elsewhere instead of giving them any business. Awful and false advertising

The worst place to stop to eat ever… not one single employee able to work the register for a cash paying customer. You ask for help and they point to the electronic machine and then ignored you.
