I am on vacation with my family and I stopped in the drive thru today to grab us some food. The gentlemen running the drive thru had an issue with his speaker and came out and asked me to drive forward. He was so helpful and polite despite the issues he was clearly enduring. The food was also hot and tasted great.

We did a mobil order for breakfast, but they accidentally closed down their egg station before breakfast ended. We weren't able to get breakfast, sadly.

Started with waiting to order while manager was visiting with several employees for over 5 min then finally put new employee on register and had to keep asking questions but manager walked away. Then condiment bar was empty, trash left on tables and almost empty on napkins. Then waited 10 minutes for shake and finally told they were out and would take another 15 min to make. Store was in utter chaos and completely mismanaged. Should never be like that, especially if manager is on site. Extremely disappointed in this experience. And only a few people dining in. Cannot understand why Wendy's could be in such a mess

The place was dirty. We requested that our table area be cleaned, but they refused. Of the four salads on the menu, they only had one available, even though we had already paid for all of them. We exchanged them for another cheaper option, but they did not refund us the difference. The employees seemed confused and it took them quite some time to understand the procedure, consulting each other. Finally, they made the transaction on the same card we paid with, but instead of crediting us with the money, they charged the amount again. We noticed this when we checked our bank's app, and when we complained, the employee admitted she noticed it, but said she waited until we were done eating to mention it, which doesn't make sense.
Also, they gave us food in bags when we went to eat at the place. Some drinks were not available in the machines, and the fries looked like disgusting mash. The fries were rubbery, mushy and stuck together. The employees were dressed unevenly, and no one seemed able to solve even a minor problem. In the open kitchen, some handled food without gloves. The only friendly person was a guy who spoke Spanish and he was polite and attentive, but the rest of the staff were a disaster.

We picked up some combos through the drive-Thru and it was super easy, as it is all automated. The burgers look much bigger in photos, but they are tasty and hot.

If the robot is good enough to take our order, the workers should not have to repeat everything to you & get confused. It’s honestly lazy and takes to much time.
