Burger was amazing and probably the best I’ve had (Bacon Cheeseburger) but that’s where the pros end unfortunately. They got the sauce wrong for my salad but by the time I realised I was already home. Staff had serious attitudes. First time visiting a Wendy’s from the UK. Food average, service shocking!

Wow what a shocker. Ordered our food at the kiosk and then waited and waited. We were first in line and I watched the burgers being assembled into a line. Finally after nearly 20 minutes someone could be bothered to start fulfilling the eat in orders. Food just still warm. So disappointing. Got the impression drive thru were given priority. Hard to find a single reason to eat here again.

Customer service is horrible, no manners or customer skills at all. This store might as well be ran by AI
Was there about an hour ago. Used the kiosk, never got a receipt ans it took forever for it to send my order. Paid extra to get cheese on my chili which I didn't get. All the customization options were deleted. Food quality was fine just incorrect, ended up giving away my sandwich because it was covered in dressing I didn't want. Long story short if you use the kiosk double check your items before you leave...

I NEVER write reviews nor do I ever really choose Wendy’s as my go to, but every time I come here not only does everyone at this location act like (and show) that they do not want to be there, they treat everyone like it too. The guy in the drive through handed me my food without a glance and a word, just completely writing me off, forgetting my drink so I had to go back around in which he blamed ME for driving off…. yeah no thank you
