Post midnight drive thru. Order was right and the dude working was fine. Cup was cracked and I didn't notice until I got back to the hotel. Cup holder was drenched with about an inch of cola. Fries were hard and dry like they has a final destination encounter with the heat lamp. Obviously this won't stop anyone from going. Also, sorta what you get for getting to Orlando so late at night... Thanks accident on I-75. It's probably going to be a year or two before I come back to Orlando and I will have forgotten about this by then. It's fast food you know. Burger was fine.

Stopped at Wendy’s and ran into issues with the AI ordering system. When I asked the “manager” behind the counter for help, instead of resolving the issue or stepping in to take the order, she turned her monitor around to show how many orders were backed up. As a customer, that’s not my problem — my expectation is basic service, especially at today’s ungodly high fast-food prices.

If the technology doesn’t work, someone should. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I left without ordering and went to Publix instead, where I bought my own food — cheaper, faster, and honestly, likely healthier.

Disappointing experience all around.

The AI drive-through is terrible, and will up charge you if you are not specific on your language.

On top of that, the burger I got was essentially raw on the inside. Wendy’s is not someplace I will trust, medium rare to rare meat.

Is a quiet spot but the customer service is nonexistent you will stand there and nobody will ask hi or can I help you everyone talks and just ignore you at the counter. Managers are more worried about gossiping than customer service

Terrible service. Woman at the window/taking orders had an attitude for no reason. It wasn't even during rush hour. When we let the manager know he did absolutely nothing. If you can avoid this Wendy's please do so it doesn't ruin your day.

Every thrusday morning I come thru to get my breakfast at the drive thru and it’s always the same lady with a nasty attitude recently my coffee has been lacking its original delicious taste this morning it was in mixed and almost half way thru the cup mind u serving sizes are what u pay for not what they want to give u do better

I ordered a medium fry and a Bacanator, lighting around the property is poor, service was slow. By the time I got to the drive up window, my fries were cold, no receipt in the bag. I also only received 2 napkins with my order.

I hate the stupid AI order thing at the drive through. Don't understand good enough and always screws up the order. Put down 2 Asiago Chicken Clubs when I asked for 1. Then they gave my husband a small drink when he asked for a medium drink then told us they no longer have sweet tea, no more sweet & sour sauce and if you want any sauces they charge you 55 cents AFTER you get to the window! Wendy's.... yall are going down hill... bad. So sad. Don't go here!
