The ordering was all AI through the drive thru. It made many mistakes and was frustrating. After we got our food we were given no spoons straws or for our frostys and drinks and my husband had to go in from the drive thru. When we for back to our hotel, the jr bacon cheeseburger was missing lettuce tomato and mayonnaise, The chili's we ordered were missing cheese. The chicken nuggets we ordered for our 6 ye old well she was given the spicy nuggets! I am glad I looked at them before she bit into them. This Wendy's was disappointing and had thr worst tasting food and drive thru service I've ever experienced. We will not be returning.

Ordered a new chocolate cold foam iced coffee, and they didn’t even try at all, coffee tastes like it’s been sitting in the pot overnight 🤢🤮…. And it doesn’t even have cold foam.
