The waitress are nice, the service is very slow. Food takes forever to come out and try to order over the phone; they never answered. Phone rings until it cuts out.

Willie's Pinchos is a nice place to go. The food is really good! The employees are pleasant! Don't expect to have wine, beer or cocktails. They are still working on that. A little more lighting and minor repairs to decor are needed. Once again the food will not disappoint! Would definitely recommend, and go back.

Horrible customer service. Ordered food ahead of time for pickup and waited at the location for another 40 mins. Total time of 1 hr and simply for 2 shrimp Pinchos (because apparently they didn't "have" chicken) and one fried plantain sandwich. Crazy how long and overwhelmed they get when not even to capacity. Never again!!

The food is amazing my favorite place to eat pinchos I recommend of course the pinchos I also got French fries and a pií±a colada I loved it the service there was amazing the person that atended us there was fabulous and kind she did an amazing job I love the fact that the place was kept so clean u guys could do a little better with your men's bathroom but other then that I absolutely loved it.

If I can give this place more stars I would. It still amazes me how I can come here and eat so much food for a very good price. Their mofongo with their pinchos are to die for. I love how the mofongo doesn't come with pork. Their pinchos are very large which you can get full with just one. Their meal come with mofongo, pincho, and a side salad. Oh, and let's not forget their pií±a colada.... AMAZING! I normally try to come here once a week because it's that good.

Unfortunately this time the service was horrible, soon after we order, our drinks were brought to our table right after half of my mofongo was half gone. My wife's plate never made it to the table and to top everything that happened that day; they served me a raw chicken pincho, I had to spit out that first bite, it was F@#&#% disgusting. My wife and I felt sorry with the last of out of three waitresses that came up to our table. I truly believe it was a honest mistake from her because our order was taken by a different waitress. I truly enjoy their mofongo but I couldn't believe what happen to us that day.
