I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

So as I’m waiting for my online order. I experienced racism with this so called manager. I just want corporate to know how un professional this “manager” was to this guy here. He came to get ice and she automatically started yelling at him. The guy didn’t hear her so she said “do you not speaky English very rudely to him and said other rude comments. You can see the guy was humiliated by this manager. I asked her what her name was and she said she didn’t have to give it to me. Very poor service she is over here profiling and assuming he doesn’t speak English. Also my order was placed at 3:04pm I went at 3:45pm and it still wasn’t ready. No wonder this wing stop has a low rating.

I recommend ordering from Uber eats this place is efficient when it comes to uber eats, however I haven’t been in person , the wings are really good , never have ordered the boneless so can’t say much . Overall cooked well and well sized wings I order the bbq and the Hawaiian recommend trying those and not that pricey .

The manager was very rude. They gave me the wrong order and she had the worst attitude when I came back to correct the order. They need a better manager. Shay is her name I hope she was just having a bad day. But she is rude and nasty. She opened the container and saw that the Order was wrong, saw that the order was all flats. Came back with the incorrect order again then I told her they are all flats. She then rudely said well you didn’t tell me so now you have to wait. Mind you she opened the container and saw the first order was flats?? I told her the only thing wrong with the 1st order was that it was the incorrect sauce. Made me wait 45 mins for my correct order. She should not be dealing with customers! Nasty, petty and disrespectful.
