Idk who decided it was a good thing to change the Wingstop fries. But IDC what anyone says the fries now are HORRIBLE! I can't even eat them! They are rock hard and taste like they are stale! I thought maybe I just had a bad order but I've been back multiple times and the fries are the same. Rock hard and stale. And the seasoning they put on the fries is absorbed by the fries to the point where you can't even taste it. Such a horrible decisions. Idk why things keep getting more expensive but the quality just keep declining. Its sad. If you think these new fries are better than the old fried you are just delusional or lying. Because now they Wingstop has these new fries it has prevented me from wanting to eat there at all.

I’ve been here a couple of times and the food is always fresh. However, this place always has a strong fryer/grease smell, which I haven't noticed in other establishments. Another downside is the wait time, even with online orders, it takes far too long. Keep that in mind, don’t go too hungry because the wait can be frustrating.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Cool/chill casual spot for some chicken options. French fries are great hot! Wings and sauces were good. Customer service up front was really great. Logan was super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We stopped after a tournament, it was pretty packed! I think the entire staff handled it all really well. Thanks Wingstop!

I never leave reviews, but this one had to be done. I am very disappointed. I very rarely eat at Wingstop. I came today after working long third shift. I come in and there is a girl by the name of Harmony picking at her face while she is on the hotline! she took my order and then tried to make my food without washing her hands from touching the computer screen and picking her face! Open it she tried to serve me cold french fries that were on the counter. There were no previous guest before me for those to be fresh. I had to ask her to remake my food and clean her hands. She didn’t want to make my order, she gave it to someone else which I am completely fine with. I think she needs to revisit her serve safe certification or they need to give her a talk to figure out why she doesn’t know that bodily fluid should never be touched while serving ready to eat food! That just turned me off from Wingstop. I will not be returning, especially to this location. This is a major health cold violation. If I was the health inspector this would have ended bad. oh, and I failed to mention that I’m a chef.

Unfortunately this is the closest wingstop i live near and let me tell you this is the worst wingstop ive been to. the last three times i’ve come here and ordered food, its always been just complete utter disappointment. Nothing is ever seasoned and hardly fresh either.
I always get the hot honey rubs tender combo and i always tell them very specifically to put extra seasoning on the tenders AND fries, but it’s like they hear “no seasoning on anything!”. I end up having to make my own seasonings and oil at home just so i can enjoy my wasted money.
Save your money and disappointment and just go to another wingstop even if it’s farther, at least you’ll be able to get some decent food elsewhere…
