I never write reviews but for this one I had to write I had exceptional service today the staff was welcoming and friendly store was clean, restrooms were clean, I felt bad cause I had ordered a big order online, but it was accurate fresh and all my dipping sauces were in bag. The manager who is running this store is doing an amazing job

The staff here is amazing this is the cleanest Wingstop I've ever visited I was greeted upon entering with smiling faces was actually shocked haven't been to a fast food restaurant in a while where they've done that, the bathrooms smell good and were spotless the food was amazing this has been the best fast food experience I've had in a while. I will be back alot more i can promise you that.

When I got my food I ordered 7 garlic Parmesan, 13 plain and 20 mild. Well let just say the the wings although they were hot they had a bitter taste, they were hard, nothing tasted individual there were no separation of flavors they all tasted like plain. And let not get started on the so called seasoned fried. I think the seasoning was burnt flavor. They had no flavor except the fact that it was either the end of the frys or they just didn't give a damn if the food was good or not. The customer can't see them anyway. I'm still tasting the bitter taste in my mouth after two hours. So you guys can guess if the was a one time that this happened. I will not even come close to making a second attempt at any wing stop. The dasher was aces though.

We ate there for the first time today. Our food was brought to us very fast. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The fries were especially good! We will definitely be back!

I genuinely cannot believe the circus I just experienced. I ordered delivery through their own app, paid for everything, and somehow still ended up with no extra ranch, no drink, and a meal that arrived SOAKED in fryer oil like it took a relaxing spa day in hot grease. I opened the bag and thought I was being pranked.
And instead of owning it, they had the nerve to blame the DoorDash driver and act like he stole the ranch and the drink… as if he said, “Yeah, forget the food, lemme risk my job for a $1.25 ranch cup.” Be serious.
Then—THEN—they told me they won’t give me a refund, only a store credit I have to use within 10 days. So I’m supposed to roll the dice again and hope my next meal doesn’t arrive floating like a deep-fried life raft?
This whole experience was so chaotic I honestly need a refund for my time, sanity, AND appetite.

Horrible just horrible! Ordered 6 pieces of wings! Got 3 skinny toothpick wings cut in half! $10.99! First and last time. I will NEVER step foot in that place again. Such a RIPPOFF! They don’t even taste good!!! Possibly the worst chicken I ever tasted, could not even finish! Still had feathers on them! The fries looked pitiful didn’t taste any better. My order was placed sideways in the bag and leaked out in my car! Don’t waste your money here!!!

Wing stop has been pretty consistent with pricing and service however, over the last year or so, they began using wings of pigeon or, cornish hens which makes for a pultry serving for the same price which isn't ap good value at all. As much as I enjoy wing stop, i will avoid them entirely.
