Hate when I walk into an establishment and none of the employees acknowledge me. I just be standing there at the counter like I'm invisible. Then they ignore you or get an attitude when you try to get their attention. But if I go grab my food off the shelf then it's a problem. The food slaps though!

I keep giving this place a chance but every time I order boneless wing with BBQ IS LIKE SAYING BBQ WITH BONELESS WINGS it’s disgusting 🤢 how much bbq they put on the basket it’s like the boneless chicken swimming on bbq so exaggerated! It’s annoying at this point because it not the first time . I don’t know who is in charge of that but need to get fired 🙄

Wing stop is always yummy but I wanted to express gratitude to Brittany! I came on a Tuesday (T-mobile Tuesday) and I was so impressed by her professionalism and attitude on such a busy night. Wing Stop, treat this lady right, you have a gem!!

I just want to start off by saying where is Roxana raise? She is phenomenal and her personality is what makes the customer service so much better! I called Wingstop asking if they can make sure my corn there bc they forgot last time, and not only did she make sure my corn was there, my food was SO well prepared and packaged and the food was hot still. I just had to write a review, specifically on Roxana she truly delivers the best Wingstop experience
Roxanna with the best costumer service ever, she was really nice with us even tho we came in late she still helped us with our order 10/10 love herrr. Restaurant clean and neat everything was good.

Ordered the food ahead of time. It just seems like they got tired and threw the seasonings on top with the sauce on top and didn’t want to mix in their bowls properly because they already cleaned up their stuff. Way too much seasoning, very salty. We go to a different location and it’s so good each time. Super disappointing that this one isn’t good and it’s so close to my house. Please follow the instructions all the way on how to cook your wings and mix them.

I just visited this store I did my order online upon arrival the cashier which I found out after was the manager didn’t even acknowledge me after the previous customer, she just walked to the back pulled out a vape and her phone, I had to ask them to change the very greasy bag, it was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced
