I tried to validate my parking at the host stand and was told only the steak house and Italian restaurant validated parking. When I expressed my disappointment and confusion because I spent just as much at their restaurant, I was told “I can validate your feelings”. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Wreckers was our go to spot during our stay at Gaylord Palms since it’s the most reasonably priced restaurant on property. The atmosphere is fun, casual, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly.
The pretzels with cheese and pickles were delicious. Most of the food we ordered was tasty, though on different visits my cod and salmon came out undercooked. That aside, the flavors were good and the portions were generous.
Overall, Wreckers is a great option if you’re looking for a more affordable place to eat at the resort with good vibes and tasty menu options.

Arrived late from our flight and it was the only place open. Tonja at check-in was amazing! She deserves a raise! Super friendly and welcoming. Jahseima was our Server and she was attentive and super sweet. We shared the Buffalo Wings, Ahi Tuna Pole Stack & Lemon Hummus. Drinks were good. Everything was great! We will be here several days and we will be back!

Theresa was great and very kind. Food was good, enjoyed the smash burger and grilled chick sandwich but the loaded tater tots side were the best! they do have some lighter options which is great. Environment is a bit loud and dark but to be expected from a sports bar

It is one of the few options you have at the resort. The staff are great. Very friendly considering how busy they are. The food is okay. Heavily salted. The mahi tacos and cauliflower are probably the best two items we had.
A colleague and I had the uncomfortable experience of having to eat here. We sat at the bar and no one greeted us, no one asked if we needed anything. When a guy by the name of Jon came, he asked the white male next to us but not the two African American women who were waiting. His excuse- he thought someone else took care of us. Even if that is the case, he still could have asked. My colleague made a complaint to Jack. Jack asked a staff member, Jay, who appears to be African American, to take care of our beverage and a dessert. Needless to say, Jay was less than attentive but somehow managed to laugh and smile at the white females sitting at the same bar. And Jay just dropped the bill and walked away for several minutes. We had to ask Troy to close us out. The drinks made were extremely awful and watered down, by Jay who was just as awful and watered down. I don’t know if this was on purpose but it sure did feel like it. We left without the dessert because it wasn’t worth sitting there being ignored. The food was amazingly amateur and not worth the poor service and deplorable people. Definitely mentioned race because that is the experience we had. Leave your biases at home and just do your job. I’m assuming this is a typical experience and we will not be back. I definitely do not recommend and if Gaylord Palms believes this behavior is acceptable- well, because one bad apple, this restaurant, tends to reflect what a company thinks about its customers.

Our server was working her butt off while getting 5 tables. But management and bar staff just stood around and would not help her. Our beer sat at the bar for a long time while the manager just stood there instead of running the drinks like any reasonable manager would.
