Waited 45 minutes for a table and waited over an hour for 2 salads, 2 burgers, and some nachos. When I asked to speak with someone I was told "that's just how it is here." The food does not taste good enough for that to be "just how it is." I could have had this trash for half the price at Burger King. I highly recommend you avoid this place. Customer service is definitely not a priority for this place.

Typical expensive resort food. Food was good but service was terrible. After 20 min I had to go ask the hostess for a waitress.this was 3pm and not during a busy time. Expect much better service for the price and a resort of this caliber. Really disappointed likely won’t be back as I can Uber a mile down the road to Logan’s and get better service for less.

Everyone in my party really enjoyed eating here and was shocked by the low reviews. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was outstanding. The food was very yummy and fresh. I highly recommend Wreckers Sports Bar if you're staying at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, and even if you're not, you should still check them out! They truly had outstanding food and service.

Have to admit, although I'm staying at the hotel this restaurant truly emits a different vibe which attracts a quiet and fun crowd. It's loud enough you can enjoy a good conversation, and rowdy enough you can have fun watching a sports game! The service - OH MY! It was fantastic, celebrated my birthday and Tico truly made it special! Thank you, he truly kept up with all the tables as full and as busy as the restaurant was this evening. I enjoyed the dessert so much I forgot to take a picture. Hopefully, tomorrow I can get some pictures and post them here. The beverages were cold and well prepared - can't complain when you know the bartender is doing a good job with my mocktail!

Stayed at Gaylord for 3 nights, ate at Wreckers 3 times during my stay. Absolutely delicious food, tried many things. 9 jumbo wings for $16, tasty and great value, the Caesar salad was delicious, as was the fish n chips, really nice portion too, fluffy fish, lightly battered, amazing tartar sauce. A stand out was their key lime pie, excellent but could have been chilled more. Friendly staff, great vibe. Highly recommend.
