They always forget something thats apart of your meal. Wanted to try them out again after the first bad experience but another bad experience again through uber was enough. I contacted the store to see if i can pick up what was missing in my order and i was literally on hold for 20 plus minutes then i just decided to hang up. Just dont even waste your time going to them

You know when you spend $40 on your meals on your way home and you get home and the chicken is old and cold the french fries must have been from lunch I tell you I've had some Zaxby's before that was delicious I would not recommend this

I ordered take out with large fries on 2 of the 5 orders, all my orders had the same amount of fries and was told that the regular fries is 5oz and large is 8oz... I paid extra for cheese on a sandwich which they didn't put cheese (we realized when we got home) and the kids meal had literally 5 fries... I was super disappointed... though the food was good...
Our order was wrong and missing things- no zaxbys sauce at all- half and half sweet tea/lemonade was just an unsweetened tea.- coke was flat- missing a whole chicken tenderOur receipt had everything correct but looks like it was mostly ignored. Not sure how this level of service is acceptable. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such a poor experience at a zaxbys. So disappointing.

I have used the drive thru many times. Today I got the #2, four fingers. Everything was great but someone apparently forgot to sprinkle the fries with the special seasoning. That was a little disappointing. But I'll try again!!
