For a short while, I thought they could revive this brand, but a 40 minute wait for a salad, something is wrong here! Way understaffed, lack of professional management. Sad, this place used to be a great American restaurant!

Restaurant appears tired and needs a refresh. We haven’t been to an Applebees in years. Service was adequate but server often disappeared. Cole slaw was not delivered to table with meal. The Riblets were tough, with not much meat on them. My partner said his burger had an artificial smoke flavoring to it. Probably won’t return. Surprisingly we have friends that frequent Applebees and like it.
