I cannot stress this enough. If you don’t like dealing with customers get a work from home job and make sure it is non phone like mine :) I went through the drive through and the girl taking the orders right now was very rude. I gave her a code and she tells me that’s not going to go through she said that it’s not letting her total it out I told her it is something from I redeemed with my points. She then said she had it and asked me if there was anything else I wanted I asked if they have ice cream idk what she was doing inside there or what she was paying attention too but apparently she didn’t hear me and told me I can go to the window I asked if they had ice cream again and she didn’t answer then after about 30 seconds she says hello I said yes I wasn’t done I asked if you had ice cream? She proceeds to argue with me and tell me she asked if I wanted something else and I said no I’m not going to argue with a little girl that gets paid about $14-15/hour. I told her never mind and she goes and says ok Byeeee!!! When employees do stupid things like this the company looses money and start loosing customers. I took my happy behind right to McDonalds down the road and kindly gave them my money. I think these workers need proper training instead of computer based modules that don’t show how they will treat and speak to customers.

Waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to answer at the drive through and crickets.... went to the window and no one was even there... that's the definition of poor service

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive-through. I ordered the number six, which there’s only one size of drink and fries on the board after paying for it. I found out they gave me a large automatically and charge me more. Also, they said to pull up to the first window, though, which nobody was there I pulled up to the second window and she made me Back up to the first window as I’m sitting here waiting on my food. Three people behind me did the same thing pulled up to the second window and had to reverse to the first window what a joke also 15 minutes to get one chicken sandwich in the drive-through.

Ordered the food and we got 4whoppers and onion rings it came to like $49.80 So I cancels 3 of the whoppers and waited for the other one it took 15 minutes to get it and the people were rude

5/24/25 Dirty environment, unfriendly cashier- says it’s not your way because the manager says your sandwich is too small to cut in half!!! Whopper jr is small but elderly might require smaller, bad attitude from him. It was 1:30. Many tables dirty and lots of people waiting long for food. Very disappointing
