Not exactly the cleanest place with somewhat of an incompetent staff. Sick of the lack of common decency compounded with a lack of common sense. Seems about every other time I come through here something is wrong. I've given this location more chances than they deserve. Don't waste your time

Ordered whopper no onion, came with onion. Young worker paid for our correct burger. He was very kind. We paid him, should have better policy to replace error. I told the counter person 3 times no onion.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes with no answer. The entire parking lot and drive thru smell like urine. Went inside to ask if drive thru was open and told it was with an attitude. Only one customer inside, they aren't even busy. Whoever owns this location it's time to sell cause your incompetent.

It’s a very dreary place. Takes forever to get waited on, employees ignore you. They shout at one another and one time we were there they were verbally fighting with each other. I will not return.

Went to drive thru ordered meal and they took too long when I got the meal the burgers were not cooked well and upsidedown in the bag spilling over very trashy service

Old n Tired

The fries were ice cold, the burgers barely warmed. Everyone had diarrhea afterwards. Really badly run place. Who builds a really expensive restaurant the staffs it with morons?

I had a terrible experience at Burger King. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru without anyone taking my order. When I finally got to the window, the guy claimed he couldn’t hear me. Then he told me to drive to the first window, but he didn't even go there! I had to circle back around just to get someone to take my order.

As for the food, the Mexican Street Whopper was a mess. It wasn’t the recipe that was the problem; it was just poorly made. The only good thing was the fries—they were on point.

The kid managing the place looked completely miserable. Seriously, treat your employees better! Do better, Burger King.

Placed order online, and when arrived waited 30 minutes for food. Come freestyle had more than half the options unavailable. Upon leaving found my order was not correct, but didn't have time to go back and deal with another long wait.

i got 2 chicken wraps and they was both soaked and literally wet falling apart. no one would eat these. lettuce was brown and tomato was all smashed. this was the worst wrap i’ve ever had from a burger king.
