Terrible website to order online!! Very difficult to navigate just to place two simple sandwiches to go! Tried calling the Lady Lake location to place the to go order & was advised by the manager that they do NOT take orders over the phone! Ps. We ate inside the day before & had a good experience except for the single slice of white cake. It was very dry. (Probably sat out all day) a mgr said “sorry for your experience “

Chicken Salad Chick is consistently great! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just right every time we visit. The staff is wonderful — they’re great at helping you decide what to order if you’ve never been before, and they’re always so kind and attentive. The team members who bring out your food are always smiling and happy to grab another pack of crackers or help in any way they can.
The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, and the service matches the quality of the food. Be sure to try the grape salad for your side (it’s sweet, but trust me — you’ll thank me later!).
