Love love love this place. Wish they would open a location in or near Mount dora. My only little not really complaint is that the resturaunt seems too small for the customer flow and close seating for my taste. Still worth it though. Highly recommend.

This Chicken Salad Chick did not have the freshest chicken and my wife and I have been to many of these establishments. At first I was surprised at how little chicken was actually on the bread. The manager came out and made it himself which was a nice touch as he was quite professional and personable. However, the chicken did not taste fresh and the bread was slightly stale. I thought this restaurant smelled and was not the cleanest. Just simple quality control would be appropriate at this Chicken Salad Chick. Friendly people worked there but the rest was left to be desired.

I went in there this afternoon to order what I normally order which is 3 scoops Fancy Nancy chicken salad. The previous clerks always rang up the 3 scoops no one ever said it was a menu item. The owner argued with me & basically called me a liar. Her staff was the one at fault for never suggesting the item that fit the 3 scoops. I will go to a different store from now even though I have to drive farther. You don’t argue with a customer or insinuate they are wrong or lying!!!!

Nice place for lunch with alternative choices over the usual burger. Reward program is poorly managed. Exchanged points for a large cooler on June 23, 2023 and they keep saying check back as it was not in stock. Going on 7 months and growing tired of them telling me to check back. They need to honor their program or risk a BBB false marketing complaint being filed.

We are frequent patrons as my 18 month old granddaughter loves Classic Carroll!
First time visiting this place very nice environment and staff however my issue is for a total bill of $35 I got a salad that consisted of 4 pieces of lettuce and 3 grape tomatoes my partner had a trio and her soup was cold like it had been sitting out for a 15 minutes prior needless to say I will not be recommending this place to anybody you are better off going to chic fila down the street. I know times are rough but this place is clearly a money grab and a rip off

We have been to this place multiple times and never have been treated like this. Honestly, I have never been treated like this at any restaurant. I go to counter to order and I give her my order and I then order a kids meal for my very picky teenager. The lady abruptly stops taking my order and walks around to find a kid. She tells me that I can’t order a kids meal. I CAN order one togo. Make this make sense! They are worried about the “free” refills, but then they give me two Togo containers, silverware, etc. How is that okay? The people behind me and throughout the restaurant couldn’t believe that this was happening. We have been eating here for years, but the manger and how he argued with me over this was a disappointment.

Great sandwich shop, nice atmosphere. Had the Kicking Kay Lynne & Barbie-Q. The Lynn could use a bit more spice, but my tolerance is higher than the average, so for most, it should be a good bite.
I had chicken salad with ranch and bacon and the broccoli salad and tomato bisque and all were delicious. My friend had the pimento with bacon sandwich and their pimento cheese is quite good.
Prices a little higher than expected.
