I’d give it 0 stars if I could for customer service. We ordered take out then asked if we can sit inside the waitress said yes then we were seated and began to eat and ordered drinks. Another woman came and told us we can’t eat inside that those tables are for potential guests. There were several empty booths and tables it wasn’t even a lunch crowd in there. She made us pack up our foods and told us we can sit outside! There wasn’t even any tables outside. This is utter nonsense and I’m highly disappointed with the service

Thanks for telling me I didn’t pay enough. After I showed you my card statement. Then charging me 17. Bucks more. You never credited my card. As I said Thursday. Will never walk through the door again. Manager is an ahole.
We’ve been about 5 times since then and dinner was not as good as lunch.
This visit was dinner and restaurant was super busy. After coming out of restrooms, both of us noticed how filthy the kitchen was, food and liquid all over the floor. Both of us had upset stomachs later in evening.
Fix the flooded area in the parking lot and do something with the landscaping!

As for extra ranch for both of my meals and I told I can only get one extra ranch not a very happy Customer will never order from Chili’s again manager was standing right there and just stared at me didn’t say nothing didn’t try fixing the problem

First time was fantastic. We went at lunch.
