Been ordering for years recently they have started to stack deliveries and it takes over a half an hour for them to deliver to my house that is five minutes down the road.

They're letting a very unprofessional person to do their pizza delivery. Having called us and claimed they left the pizza delivered at my doorstep, but the food was not there. I called the store and they accused me of lying. Especially the manager who was not even willing to listen to me. So much for appreciating and respecting their customers. The sad part is when I ordered the food through the app, I had even tipped them in addition to the payment for the food in advance.

The Philly cheese steak pizza was so burnt and dry. I called and spoke to a manager and I was told there was nothing she can do. I Will Never Order Dominos Again. They didn't even stand behind their nasty burnt pizza. I literally fed the entire pizza to my dogs!! Extremely disappointed. Teri

First of all, I ordered half pepperoni half cheese pizza for my kids and I got a pepperoni pizza then they decided to send a cheese pizza but it wasn’t a cheese pizza. It was a sauce pizza with just tomato sauce on it. I don’t know who made it I don’t understand why they sent it out like that, that is not acceptable as Domino’s
Gluten free option was available and my kids loved it. Guy at the counter was very helpful and nice.

I've used this domino's for years and I've always been pleased. I've always had awesome customer service and drivers. The deliveries are in timely manner and I appreciate all their hard work! ?? God bless ?

We ordered a Ceasar salad with our pizza. The lettuce barely covered the bottom of the bowl. It was all prepackaged and very skimpy. This nothing of a salad cost $7.00!!!! The pizza and sub were very good.
First order was delivered to wrong address. I was questioned like i was lying about not getting my pizza. They said we'll send another order to you now. 2 hours later I got my order... After10pm. I was never offered a coupon, a free meal, a dessert... Nothing. I then wanted my order taken off my credit card and also an email stating it was taken off and the guy said, my manager is next to me and he said we can't send u an email. Why didn't the manager get on the phone to address this? Once I got my order 2 hours later it was cold and the soda was warm. I'll never order there again and I'll take this up with corporate.

I ordered from this Domino's today and I think my driver name was Jacqueline. Due to the fact, it said that on my survey after the order was delivered. AnyWho she was great, and she delivered my food in a timely manner. She greeted me with a smile, she was clean, and her car was very clean. Not to mention, my food was cooked to perfection. So whoever made this order, you did an awesome job. And I'm truly glad you took the time to cook the food the right way. Especially when people are spending their hard earned money on food. So I applaud you for that. Thanks again to the whole team. I highly recommend this Domino's and I would gladly say it's a 10 out of 10. So if you want Domino's the way that Domino's supposed to be cooked this is your Domino's. Thank you again team and have a blessed day .
